Netanyahu wrote a book in 1995 that said Muslims would “bring down the World Trade Center”. He said he wanted to wake Americans up to the “suicidal nature” of militant Islam.
“I said the west doesn’t really understand militant Islam so I wrote a book in 1995 and I said if the West doesn’t wake up to the suicidal nature of militant Islam, the next thing you’ll see is that their/there … militant Islam is bringing down the World Trade Center.”
Maybe for Netanyahu, the 1993 WTC bombing didn’t “wake people up” enough to the “reality” of “militant Islam”.
