Trump – Problematic Associations

Donald Trump and his Problematic Connections

Donald Trump has numerous problematic associations with people linked to pedophile and prostitution rings. His business associates include Felix Sater who has been linked to a child prostitution ring, sex trafficking, money laundering, arms trading and fraud. This individual was given honors from the CIA. Trump is also linked to Tevfik Arif, who has been accused of running a prostitution ring. Trump is also linked financially to casino mogul Sheldon Adelson, who has mob links according to a former associate.

Trump is also connected most troublingly to Roy Cohn, who worked for Trump as his lawyer. Cohn has been linked to a pedophile entrapment ring, members of which have been accused of murdering three underage boys. Cohn is alleged to have buried the bodies of the three boys in some place in Connecticut. The investigation into the murders of the three boys was stopped, with the government citing national security concerns.

Trump is also linked to Jeffrey Epstein, whom Trump called his good friend of 15 years. Trump is accused, along with Epstein, of raping a then 13 year old girl, who has the pseudonym “Katie Johnson”.

These troubling associations lead to the question as to whether Trump is being blackmailed with financial threats and is being blackmailed with threats of public exposure of his previous sexual activities. This leaves open the possibility that the Trump presidency may be a compromised one, and that Trump may not be making decisions independently.

Katie Johnson’s rape accusations against Trump

Interview with Katie Johnson

Watch full-length interview HERE

This is an excerpt from an interview in which Katie Johnson (pseudonym) claims she was raped by Trump on four occasions at Jeffrey Epstein’s mansion in 1994 when she was 13 years old. Trump was 49 years old at that time. Johnson claims that Epstein also raped her. On one occasion she was with a 12 year old girl when she had sexual relations with Trump. An alleged witness called Tiffany, who claims to have recruited Johnson for the sex parties, backs up Johnson’s claims and her statement is included in some of the filings made by Johnson against Trump and Epstein.

Johnson first filed a civil claim against Trump and Epstein in April 2016, which was rejected by the judge because Johnson had filled out the wrong form (she claimed financial aid for which she was not eligible since she is not a member of a minority race). However, the judge said she could file again.

Johnson filed a second lawsuit in June but withdrew that for unknown reasons. Johnson filed again in September but withdrew it in November, citing threats made to her over the rape allegations.

A number of Trump’s friends and business associates, Felix Sater, Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell and Tevfik Arif, have been accused of running underage prostitution rings to entrap influential and powerful people.

Trump’s former lawyer Roy Cohn linked to the murder of three boys involved in a pedophile entrapment ring

One of the most troubling associations of Trump’s is his association with Roy Cohn, a lawyer for the Jewish mob, who is linked to a pedophile ring that was used to entrap politicians, judges and generals. Cohn is also connected to the murder of three boys in the pedophile ring, in which an individual from an OPEC nation, a CIA agent and a medical doctor were also allegedly involved, according to a former NYPD detective.

A notorious homosexual pedophile and procurer, Ben Rose, is a classic example of the mentality observed in this group. Ben Rose was arrested after an investigation by the New York Police Department at his residence on St. Mark’s Place in New York City during the summer of 1972. At the time of the arrest, he had in his possession three young boy ages 14-15 years, who had been transported by him from Baltimore to New York City for the specific purpose of sexual exploitation. Upon his arrest, he agreed to cooperate with the New York City Police Department and an investigation was begun under the code name GAFF. This investigation uncovered the commercial part of pedophilia and child abuse.

COMMERCIAL – The commercial group includes child pornography, prostitution, pimping, extortion, and human intelligence. Child pornography, prostitution, and pimping are well organized and promoted throughout the pedophile community. Because of Ben Rose’s cooperation with investigators, many of the rumors and information under investigation were verified. He informed the New York City Detectives that in November of 1971, three boys, ages 14-15 years, were sexually abused and then murdered in his apartment on East 64th Street in New York City by three men he identified as Dr. (name deleted) (a surgeon), (name deleted) (OPEC), and (name deleted) (CIA). The bodies were then transported to Connecticut by car and then buried on a farm. Under the GAFF investigation these murders were to be assigned to other investigators in the New York City Police Department, but then disappeared in the hierarchy of the Department.

A second investigation conducted in the mid 1970’s, by the Police Department during which thirteen homicides, plus the murder of these 14-15 year old boys at Ben Rose’s apartment, were investigated under the code name OPERATION TOGETHER. This investigation was under the command of Deputy Inspector John Colin. At a critical point in the investigation, it was stopped. Inspector Colin was demoted and forced into retirement.

The third investigation was done by the New York State Select Committee on Crime. This Committee served subpoenas on both (name deleted) and (name deleted). When (name deleted) was served with the subpoena and questioned by the detectives, he informed them that because he worked for the CIA, the subpoena would be quashed, invoking National Security. He was correct, because before the detectives returned to their offices, the subpoena was withdrawn. One wonders what part of the National Security Act allows the murder of children.

(name deleted) was also served, questioned, and appeared at the committee’s offices. He did not testify. As in all cases of this magnitude, the attorney who represented these politically connected pedophiles was Enid Gerling of New York, who also represented both (names deleted).

Enid Gerling stated at that time that the investigation was on the right track and should not stop. In conversations with Gerling over the past number of years, she has often stated that she owes these individuals no allegiance and would gladly give them up.

During the investigation by the New York State Select Committee on Crime, information was received that Roy Cohn (famed attorney who represented Senator Joe McCarthy at the notorious McCarthy Hearings) helped in covering up the murder and the disposal of the bodies. When Cohn was questioned about the murder of the three 14-15 year old boys at Ben Rose’s apartment, he stated that he was aware of what had happened, but would comment no further. Information at that time was that Cohn was often used to compromise people and, if situations such as those described by Rose occurred, Cohn would take care of them.

Rose also supplied information as to the methamphetamine sales in juice bars owned by organized crime. These bars were meeting places for children, pedophiles, and various pedophile rings. The investigation into this activity was again buried in the hierarchy of the Police Department and not investigated. As a direct result of this investigation, Police Officer Richard Johnson of the New York City Police Department, a primary investigator, became the subject of a bombing of his residence. Recent information is that the contract was ordered by someone inside the New York City Police Department. This case is unsolved and the cover up continues to this day.

La Nebuleuse and Roy Cohn – Trump’s ex-lawyer and friend

Trump may be a president who is being blackmailed or is laboring under the threat of blackmail by the people behind prostitution and pedophile rings. The accounts below strongly suggests that there may have been sexual indiscretions in Trump’s past, leaving him open to blackmail and manipulation.

Roy Cohn is mentioned as being part of “La Nebuleuse”, a supranational global network of elites, mostly Zionists, operating much like a mafia. Their headquarters seems to be in Russia. It runs a number of illegal operations in many different cities. La Nebuleuse is linked to many child abuse networks, including the Dutroux child abuse network and Russian child abuse networks. Roy Cohn traveled to Spain to take part in some activity for this network. The network is meant to be very wealthy. According to one analyst, the people in the network control 40% of the world’s wealth. Trump may be connected to La Nebuleuse through not only Roy Cohn, but through Jeffrey Epstein, Tevfik Arif and Felix Sater, who all are billionaires.

Below is information about “La Nebuleuse”, a network of the global elites, mainly Zionists, who engage in running child abuse rings, among other activities, all designed to increase the power of this elite.

The link to the child abuse main page of “Institute for the Study of Globalization and Covert Politics” is here.

The following investigative article, written by a Dutch investigator, outlines a Zionist network of entrapment to control and effect subversion of states, and its operations include child abuse networks. Donald Trump’s ex-lawyer, Roy Cohn, worked for La Nebuleuse, as a pedophile ring operator in America and in Europe.

Note (2013): As it turns out, “Nebula” leader Felix Przedborski lived next-door to Yeltsin-era oligarchs Boris Berezovsky and business partner Badri Patarkatsishvili. Both were Zionists, long-time patrons of Putin, and linked to the Chechen mafia. For details, go here. Almost certainly it was Mossad Colonel Yair Klein who protected Przedborski. Klein also trained the Medellin Cartel, seemingly the Cali Cartel, and U.S.-backed Contra forces.

“To comprehend this nebula, it is necessary to abandon traditional financial or political logic; this is not merely a question of nation, political party, or of ordinary economics… Our conclusion would be that at least over the last twenty years, the economic powers, some of which mafia types, have allied themselves with political forces and organized criminal structures, and reached the 4th stage of money laundering, namely, Absolute Power. It has been specified to us that at the present moment these characters control 50% of the world economy.”

Warning: The information in this article is not suited for anyone below the age of 18, as it involves extreme sexual violence against children. A certain amount of normally-illegal visual evidence (it is censored) has been included.

Besides having been raped by dogs, X1 also spoke about how Bernard Weinstein, an associate of Dutroux until murdered by him in 1995, and Annie Bouty, the former girlfriend of Nihoul, sometimes walked around with a snake at abuse sessions, which they used to rape the girls with. [56] Sounds hard to believe, doesn’t it? However, the pictures above were confiscated from a child abuse network and appeared in the Dutroux dossier. [57] Among the hundreds of photos there are quite a few of children being raped by dogs. There also are two or three photos which show young girls with a snake in their vagina. Sex with other animals is not uncommon either. Following is another example which, according to Regina, happened to her in Knokke when she was 10 years old:

There is also evidence that Trump could be under an obligation to many people due to being bailed out of financial difficulties by them. Being beholden to these interests suggests the possibility that Trump’s presidency could be one that is not entirely independent. These liabilities could signify that Trump had more of a personal and business interest in pursuing the presidency than would otherwise have been the case had he no sizable debt obligations and financial liabilities to pay off.

“Katie Johnson’s” Rape Claim

“Katie Johnson” (pseudonym) claims she was raped in 1994 when she was 13 years old by Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein.

katie-johnson1

She gave an interview in the Daily Mail in which she alleges that she met Trump four times at Epstein’s New York residence and was sexually assaulted by him on each of those occasions.

“Katie Johnson” on the right here as a teen

Johnson sued Trump and Epstein on April 26, 2016 in California federal court but the suit was thrown out because she did not fill out the right form. She had filed using forms for civil rights cases in California, as these cases allow relief for legal costs, and she only had $300 to her name at the time, she claimed. However, her case failed to qualify as a race-based or class-based animus case, and on April 27th, the judge who was overseeing the case dismissed the case, telling Johnson she was not eligible to file the claim as a civil rights case and would have to pay for court costs and attorney’s fees herself.

Epstein’s residence in New York, a townhouse on 71st Street, that is owned by Leslie Wexner, CEO of L Brands (that owns Victoria’s Secret). Wexner has been rumored to be a key member of a Mossad blackmail ring, the “Clothing Shop Network” (see this link). Trump was said to be a regular dinner party guest of Epstein’s at this townhouse. This is the address where “Katie Johnson” alleges she was sexually assaulted on four occasions in 1994.

She subsequently re-filed the suit two more times. After her first filing failed, she hired a lawyer, Thomas Meagher, a New Jersey patent attorney, who volunteered to assist her pro bono, after reading about her story in the media.

A second version of the lawsuit was filed in federal court in June but was withdrawn in September after never being served on the defendants.

The case was refiled later in September and withdrawn again on November 5, 2016 when Johnson instructed her lawyer Lisa Bloom to drop her third lawsuit against Trump, saying that she feared for the safety of her family and her life and that she had received threats to her life.

Bloom also stated that her law office had received bomb threats and death threats relating to the Johnson lawsuit.

Daily Mail interview

Quote:

EXCLUSIVE: Trump’s 13-year-old ‘rape victim’ dramatically DROPS her case. Woman withdraws legal claim she was assaulted at Jeffrey Epstein sex party

The woman who alleged that Donald Trump sexually assaulted her at billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s notorious ‘sex parties’ in 1994 when she was a 13-year-old has dropped the civil lawsuit that was filed against him.

Trump’s legal team branded the allegations ‘disgusting at the highest level’ and a ‘hoax’ clearly framed to ‘solicit media attention or, perhaps… simply politically motivated’.

She first sued Trump and Jeffrey Epstein under the name Katie Johnson on April 26 in California federal court and filed an amended complaint in New York federal court in October, claiming she was subject to rape, criminal sexual acts, assault, battery and false imprisonment.

The court papers offer no corroborative evidence that her claims are true.

On Wednesday, Johnson suddenly cancelled a press conference at which she was set to reveal herself for the first time, saying she was ‘too afraid’ following a series of ‘threats’ against her.

katie-johnson1

Katie Johnson’s shocking allegations first emerged in a lawsuit filed in California in April this year. She claimed she was raped by Donald Trump when she was a 13-year-old in 1994 – but now she has dropped the case

katie-johnson2-young-smlr

Johnson, here at right in her early teens with her sister, says her ‘nightmare’ began when her parents separated when she was just eight-years-old. Doubts are now being raised over the veracity of the claims when she canceled a press conference and dropped the suit

News that the rape claims have been dropped will dismay Hillary supporters who had hoped the allegations would be the knock out blow for Trump’s election campaign – already rocked in recent weeks by a string of sex assault claims.

Since the lawsuit first emerged thousands of loyal Hillary followers had opened a discussion about the rape claims on Twitter and other social networks hoping to damage Trump’s push for the White House.

The Huffington Post jumped on the bandwagon of anti-Trump sentiment after she made her claims, asking: ‘Donald Trump Is Accused Of Raping A 13-Year-Old. Why Haven’t The Media Covered It?’

But DailyMail.com has learned that she has dropped the case against Trump, leading to speculation that Johnson’s story may have been fabricated.

Johnson conducted an interview, accompanied by Lisa Bloom, her lawyer, with DailyMail.com before the canceled press conference.

DailyMail.com is aware of Johnson’s real identity, but has chosen to continue not to name her, as she requested anonymity to discuss her claims. She neither requested nor was she offered any compensation to tell her talk about her claims.

She claimed her motivation to tell her story was to expose Donald Trump to stop him from becoming president.

‘We would have a rapist in the White House. I would feel horrified every single day if I stay in this country,’ she said, in dramatic terms.

Johnson said her experiences in the summer in 1994 still haunt her today.

‘As much as I try to forget about everything that happened, it always affects everything in my life,’ she said. ‘I mean it affects my relationships, I don’t think I’ve ever had a successful relationship, one that I feel I can trust that person, there’s always that mistrust.’

But she also said that in 1994 she had no idea who her attacker was and that it was only when she watched The Apprentice that she came to believe it was Trump, claiming that she could not forget her attacker’s face.

DailyMail.com learned she has two DUIs and a felony drug possession on her record and a history of drug abuse.

Regardless of the truth of her claims, she clearly has a troubled past, and told DailyMail.com that she believes her experiences as a young girl led to those troubles.

The former real estate worker said recent spinal surgery has meant she is unable to work and claims disability welfare.

In lurid claims Johnson in court papers, she claimed Trump took her virginity, forced her in to role-play sex and alleges that he and financier Epstein treated her as a ‘sex slave’ during an ‘horrific’ summer in 1994.

Johnson also alleged she was sexually abused by Epstein himself – a convicted pedophile – on two different occasions during the same summer.

courtcase-smaller.jpg

Dropped: She had claimed in court papers that Trump took her virginity, forced her in to role-play sex and alleges that he and financier Epstein treated her as a ‘sex slave’ during an ‘horrific’ summer in 1994

Epstein counted Bill Clinton among his chums and the former president spent time aboard the convicted pedophile’s ‘Lolita Express’ airplane. Clinton took 26 trips aboard Epstein’s Boeing 727 jet.

Johnson claimed she was forced to perform sex acts on Epstein through threats of ‘violence’ to her and her family.

She told DailyMail.com about how she first came to jump on a Greyhound bus from small town Oklahoma to New York in a bid to pursue her dream of becoming a model. She was just 13.

Her nightmare began, she says, when her parents separated when she was just eight and her mother moved them to Washington state.

Her mom then met a new man who was physically and verbally abusive and made her life hell.

Unable to cope Johnson says she decided to move back to Oklahoma to live with her father who had set up home with a new woman.

But life was no easier there either.

The one thing that kept Johnson going was her dream of becoming a fashion model.

She began to save money earned through baby-sitting for relatives so she could make a trip to New York to visit modeling agencies there.

She recalls: ‘I got there and went to several modeling agencies but was told that I needed to put together a modeling portfolio before I would be considered, some wouldn’t even see me. At that point my heart sank, I felt dejected.

‘I then went to the Port Authority [bus and coach terminal] to start to make my way back home. There I met a woman on a bench who introduced herself to me as Tiffany.

‘She was nice and told me about the parties and said that, if I would join her at the parties, I would be introduced to people who could get me into modeling. She said she helped girls like me get to where they want to get. She also said I’d be paid.’

katie-johnson-wexler-mansion600w
Johnson claimed she encountered Trump at parties held by Jeffrey Epstein at his 71st Street townhouse in New York City

epstein-suit-sideways

epstein-looking-scruffy

Epstein (top in 2008 and right earlier this year) was arrested in 2006 and accused of sexual abuse by 40 different women, with many alleging they were teenagers at the time. Trump’s associates have in the past downplayed the relationship between him and Epstein

Her account was that on that very first night, she met Donald Trump.

Tiffany said there was a party and she took Johnson to meet Epstein at a mansion on 71st Street in Manhattan, that had belonged to retail magnate Leslie H. Wexner of The Limited and was turned over to Epstein.

Johnson recalls that the house was ‘filled with expensive things’ and she felt out of place.

It is certainly true that Epstein held parties at the house, and that he is a pedophile. In the course of DailyMail.com’s investigations, we spoke to ‘Tiffany’, who offered a similar account of events, but no actual evidence to back her assertions.

‘Tiffany’ also decline to provide her own true identity.

In Johnson’s version, she told DailyMail.com how Epstein asked her to strip down to her ‘panties’ during an impromptu interview before requesting that she give him a massage.

Fueled by Tiffany’s assertion that she would have to do certain things to make it as a professional model she agreed, she claimed.

Johnson claimed that even at that first meeting Epstein tried to have sex with her but she refused.

He told her at the end: ‘You’ll do, you’ve got the job.’

And that night at the party – which she says was filled with men and young girls – she would meet Donald Trump, she claimed.

Johnson acknowledges that she had no idea who Donald Trump was at the time.

But she claims that she would never forget his face and it was only years later when Trump starred in The Apprentice that she recognized the man she says sexually assaulted her.

That may be the crucial flaw in her story.

She claims the businessman, who in the summer of 1994 was 48, saw her and requested her company through Tiffany.

She said: ‘He didn’t really talk to me at all, he spoke at me, but he was talking to Tiffany more telling her what he wanted me to do. I thought he felt like he was too good to even speak to me.

‘Tiffany told me what I needed to do. Anything he did say to me wasn’t that great, like “you need some work”. I was 13 I didn’t know what I was doing.’

Johnson recalls how Tiffany explained how to sexually stimulate Trump.

‘Tiffany explained it like it was second nature – like I should have known what those things meant. This night I was supposed to manually stimulate him and I needed to use a glove for whatever reason,’ she said.

She added: ‘And I did not know what she meant at first, I had only kissed a boy at that point, I didn’t know what to do. She (Tiffany) wanted to give me a crash course, the whole time I’m not wanting to do it.

katie-johnson-sitting-balcony-sml

Johnson claimed Trump said very little to her during that first encounter other than she reminded him of his daughter. Her version of events now appears open to huge doubts

‘But she’s like, “that’s how models get in to the industry”, and if I wanted to be a model bad enough then I would do it.’

Johnson says the man she claims to be Trump said very little to her during that first encounter other than she reminded him of his daughter.

After Johnson finished the sex act, she claims, he made a comment that she ‘wasn’t great’, before putting on his pants.

‘He left, I don’t know whether he went to another girl, but that was the last time I saw him that night,’ she said.

Before she left the party Epstein gave her $700.

Tiffany then drove Johnson back to the Port Authority bus terminal and she returned home to Oklahoma in the early hours. During the long journey home she broke down in tears.

‘I cried for a while, I didn’t know what to do. I was in this dilemma,’ she said. ‘I can’t tell my parents where I went – I didn’t think they were gonna understand. It would be more than a grounding.

‘I felt that I needed to go back and pretend it never happened.’

But then just a few days later Epstein’s recruiter Tiffany called Johnson at home.

Tiffany told her she was mailing her a plane ticket back to New York, there would be money in with it and she also promised to set up a meeting with a director of a modeling agency.

‘She promised to get me into modeling, to get me some gigs and organize my portfolio,’ she said.

‘I felt that at least what happened at the last party wouldn’t have been a waste and at least I get to do what I came for.’

Tiffany had told Johnson to keep the encounters secret from her friends and family and made veiled threats that she might get hurt if she lets the secret out because she was dealing with ‘powerful people’.

‘Within a couple of weeks I was heading back to New York. Tiffany had sent me some kind of buddy pass for the flight and money for a cab,’ said Johnson. ‘I stayed at Tiffany’s apartment. I remember she had a driver who would take us places.

‘But when I went back there was a party that night. She (Tiffany) was basically ready when she drove up to the airport to pick me up, my plane had been delayed. I asked her if we could go to her house but basically I changed in the back.

‘When I got to the mansion it was basically the same thing, kind of meet people, entertain people, walk around. If someone requests something of you then…

‘Again Tiffany said I got requested and it was the same guy as before, it was Trump. And I was to give him oral sex.

‘I had never done that to anybody so I was a little nervous, so I walked up to him and moved in that direction and he kind of slapped me away and said, “what are you doing, you need to put a condom on”‘.

Tiffany ran over and handed Johnson a condom and apologized profusely to the man she claims was Trump.

‘I felt very intimidated, he made a comment that I wasn’t doing it right, that I needed to take classes,’ she said. ‘He continued to let me do it, he didn’t tell me to stop. He said something to Tiffany a couple of time, “tell her to go faster”.

‘Tiffany was close by, then after a little while, I guess he was done with it and he went. I didn’t see him again that night.’

katie-johnson5-jeans-crouched-smlr

The promise of a modeling career lured teen Katie Johnson back to New York three more times, she claims

Tears welling in her eyes, Johnson added: ‘I knew it was wrong, I didn’t want to do it, I was scared. I wanted it to be over.

‘I was worried what my dad was gonna think, I didn’t want him to ever find out, I felt pretty horrible.’

She was again enticed back to New York for a third time that summer with the promise of a photo shoot and a hook up with a modeling agency.

She claims: ‘It was within a few days of the second visit Tiffany called me and said, “You’ve been requested for a fantasy role play”. You could tell she was being pushed at her end.’

Johnson was told she wouldn’t have to participate in another party because it was a private set up with another girl.

‘I agreed, I got the ticket and I did the whole thing of “going to grandma’s” and got a cab.

‘I got to New York and was taken to Jeffrey Epstein’s house. I was taken to a room and it was me and another girl were cleaning and we would have an encounter and he [Trump] would come in.’

She described a sordid role play in which her and another underage girl were dressed as maids and she claims they were forced to ‘make out’ with each other.

She alleges Trump – or the man she claims was Trump – entered the room and feigned surprise at seeing the two girls.

Johnson said: ‘Maria was around the same age as me, it was pretty obvious. I felt she was going through the same thing as me, in that she was being forced to be there somehow.

‘So we cleaned and then very clumsily kissed and Trump caught us making out on the job as part of the role play.’

She claims ‘Trump’ ordered the two girls to carry out a string of sex acts on each other and on him.

‘Again he finished and said we both could have done it better and then left. We never saw him again that night.’

She added: ‘At that point, after these three encounters, the type of man he was, I thought that he was a creepy guy, a molester who wanted sex with these girls. He’s older than my dad, I felt like he was evil, I was scared of him.’

Again she went home to Oklahoma in tears but there was to be one final trip to New York.

‘Tiffany would call me and check on me. Then she was like, “Hey I have something”, but she was like, “this is the time though, if you can do this we will set you up. You’ll be getting a contract tonight”.

‘She didn’t say what agency but she said I would be signed by an agency that night if I decided to go.

‘I was like, “well what’s the worst that could happen”, I thought the worst had already been happening.’

‘She [Tiffany] told me it was a role play but she didn’t tell me what kind until I got there,’ she recalls. ‘And so I’m freaking out, I’m like, so you want to tie me to a bed and play out a rape scene with a man.

‘It was just going to be that and that’s what he [Trump] wanted.’

Johnson made sure Tiffany stayed in the room and says ‘Trump’ agreed reluctantly to allow her.

‘He was pretty rough with me, I was already tied to the bed. I didn’t really know it was gonna be that, he pushed me around and tore off my clothes,’ she alleges.

She says she thought she would have to stimulate the real estate mogul orally or manually as had happened before.

‘It was like he was going for one thing, it was basically to have intercourse and I started crying and I asked him to stop and I asked Tiffany to come over, but he kept on,’ she claims.

Johnson, who says she was a virgin, said Tiffany tried to intervene, but she was pushed away.

She says: ‘It was basically like he was doing it, he was like, “what did you think this was gonna be?” He was very abrasive and I just started crying and I screamed and said “please don’t”, and he slapped me and told me to shut up and then he ripped my panties off.

‘He had sex with me without me wanting to. He was disgusted by the fact I was crying.

‘He got up and started putting on my clothes and basically he was disgusted by the fact I was crying.’

Johnson says she recalls saying to Tiffany in ear shot of the man she claims was Trump that she could get pregnant because he didn’t use a condom.

As much as I try to forget about everything that happened, it always affects everything in my life.

But she said: ‘Trump basically said that I should be proud that he would even allow me the opportunity and if I got pregnant I could get an abortion.’

With that, she says, ‘Trump’ threw $400 on to the floor in her direction.

‘Tiffany made clear she wasn’t happy with him and then Jeffrey Epstein came in and he saw that there was money on the floor and got mad, he asked if I had asked for the money and said that he was gonna be the one to pay me and said it wasn’t mine to take.’ Johnson said that Epstein also tried to have sex with her but she says she managed to ‘fight him off’ and he got really angry and made a series of threats to her.

According to the lawsuit Epstein also raped her on that occasion.

The woman identified only as Tiffany Doe in the lawsuit, a ‘trusted employee’ of Epstein’s,’ corroborated Johnson’s’ allegations in a telephone call with DailyMail.com, but she refused to reveal her full identity.

Claims in the last lawsuit

Quote:
Johnson claimed that Trump violently raped her when she was 13 at a 1994 orgy hosted by Jeffrey Epstein — the billionaire who was convicted in 2008 of soliciting an underage girl for prostitution and has been accused of having sex with more than 30 underage girls.

Johnson’s lawsuit mentioned Trump’s friendship with Epstein, and a comment Trump made in 2002 about their respective tastes in women: “I’ve known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy. He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.”

The lawsuit alleged a number of charges against both Trump and Epstein, including rape, sexual abuse, assault and battery, and false imprisonment. Johnson said that when she was 13, Epstein lured her to parties at his apartment by promising “money and a modeling career.”

Johnson said Trump had sexual contact with her at four of those parties, including tying her to a bed and violently raping her in a “savage sexual attack.” The lawsuit said Johnson “loudly pleaded” with Trump to stop, but that he responded by “violently striking Plaintiff in the face with his open hand and screaming that he would do whatever he wanted.”

After that, Trump allegedly threatened to harm or kill Johnson and her family if she ever told anyone. Johnson said Trump told her he could make them “disappear” like Maria — a 12-year-old girl Johnson says Trump also forced her to have sexual contact with, and whom Johnson hadn’t seen since that encounter.

Johnson also accused Epstein of raping her “anally and vaginally despite her loud pleas to stop,” and that he “attempted to strike Plaintiff about the head with his closed fists while he angrily screamed that he, Defendant Epstein, rather than Defendant Trump, should have been the one who took Plaintiff’s virginity.”

The court filings also included a statement from “Tiffany Doe,” another anonymous woman, who said that she witnessed the rapes and procured the young girls for the parties, and “Joan Doe,” a classmate of the victim who said she was told about the rapes during the following school year. Tiffany Doe said that Epstein and Trump knew that Johnson was 13.

Details of rape case from attorney

EXCLUSIVE: What we know about the newest rape allegations against Donald Trump

Revelist obtained details from the attorney on the case.

Emily Shugerman

As his advisers fled and his campaign finances dwindled, news broke that Donald Trump is, once again, accused of rape.

The Real Deal first reported on a suit, filed in New York federal court Monday (June 20), that claims Trump repeatedly raped a 13-year-old girl in 1994. The suit is full of graphic details, but it leaves the reader with more questions than answers: Who is the anonymous plaintiff, Jane Doe? Why did the California courts kick out an identical case last month? Most importantly, does the presumptive Republican nominee really have ties to underage sex parties?

Revelist reviewed court documents and spoke with the plaintiff’s attorney to learn the answers to these questions, and more. Here’s what we know about this developing case:

Trump is accused of rape, battery, and a litany of other crimes.

The plaintiff alleges that, throughout the summer of 1994, she was imprisoned and raped at parties hosted by finance billionaire Jeffery Epstein.

Doe’s attorney, Thomas Meagher, told Revelist that Doe left home at age 13 to attempt a modeling career in New York City. While struggling to get started in the industry, one of Epstein’s associates — who has now submitted an affidavit in Doe’s case against him — spotted her. The associate told Doe that she could be paid to attend parties hosted by Epstein, and that they would help to advance her career. She attended several such parties that summer.

Doe claims she encountered Trump at four of these parties, where he “initiated sexual contact” each time. In the fourth and final encounter, she alleges Trump tied her to the bed, exposed himself, and raped her.

“During the course of this savage sexual attack, Plaintiff loudly pleaded with Defendant Trump to stop but with no effect,” the suit alleges. “Defendant Trump responded to Plaintiff’s pleas by violently striking Plaintiff in the face with his open hand and screaming that he would do whatever he wanted.”

After the encounter, the plaintiff alleges that Trump threatened to kill her family if she told anyone about it. Doe remained silent for 12 years, before this year’s campaign made facing her past with Trump “unavoidable.”

“This is a woman who is pained by what she went through,” Meagher told Revelist. “She has major intimacy problems, she’s never had a relationship that lasted, never had children, never gotten married … And seeing [Trump] on TV all the time caused her to think through what to do about it, and ultimately resulted in what she did in April.”

Doe launched her first suit against Trump two months ago.

Going by the name of Katie Johnson, Doe filed a similar suit in California federal court in April, asking for $100 million in damages. The California lawsuit contains graphic details not contained in the New York filing, including allegations that Trump forced her to perform oral sex, and to “engage in an unnatural lesbian sex act” with a 12-year-old girl.

“Johnson” represented herself in that case. She claimed to have less than $300 to her name. In order to have the costs of the lawsuit waived, she filed the case as a civil rights complaint. But U.S. magistrate judge Karen Stevenson tossed the case out in May — not for lack of evidence, but because she said Johnson failed to state a civil rights claim. She also cited problems with verifying Johnson’s address and telephone number.

Meagher told Revelist he read about the case, and its eventual dismissal, online. Through the website Gossip Extra, he learned the plaintiff wanted to try the case again — with legal counsel this time — but was having difficulty finding a lawyer. That’s when he reached out to the website to offer his support to Doe.

She accepted. Together with Epstein’s former associate, the pair began writing their claim against the two infamous billionaires.

The connection between Epstein and Trump goes back decades.

Jeffrey Epstein — the man accused of imprisoning Doe — also happens to be a registered sex offender, who has already been accused of keeping women as “sex slaves” for himself and his wealthy friends. Such influential friends include Bill Clinton, Stephen Hawking — and yes, Donald Trump.

Like most high-profile scumbags, Epstein kept a “little black book” of his clients and friends. Though Trump’s attorney claimed he had “no relationship” with Epstein, his notebook, obtained by the FBI, lists 14 contact numbers for the Republican candidate.

Epstein even admitted to “socializing” with Trump while on trial in 2010. But he curiously plead the fifth when asked if he had ever socialized with the businessman around minor-aged girls. Unfortunately for Epstein, Trump had already revealed their mutual appreciation for underage women in a 2002 interview.

“I’ve known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy,” Trump told New York Magazine. “He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it — Jeffrey enjoys his social life.”

One of Epstein’s victims — Victoria Roberts — even claimed to have been “recruited” to the billionaire’s band of sex slaves while working at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort.

This isn’t the first time Trump’s been accused of abuse.

harth-ivana2.jpg

photo: Christopherpeterson at English Wikipedia

There is Jill Harth, who filed a lawsuit in 1997 claiming Trump groped her, propositioned her, and forcibly took her into her daughter’s bedroom in an attempt to sleep with her. Or Trump’s own wife, Ivana, who stated in a 1993 deposition that he had raped her.

Ivana later issued a statement, provided by Trump’s lawyers, saying she didn’t mean the term in a “criminal sense.” But the encounter, laid out in the 1993 book “Lost Tycoon,” is undeniably violent and forceful.

“[Trump] rips off her clothes and unzips his pants,” author Harry Hunt writes. “Then he jams his penis inside her for the first time in 16 months. Ivana is terrified. This is not lovemaking. This is not romantic sex. This is a violent assault.”

Trump dismissed the account as false, and said it was written by “an unattractive guy who is a vindictive and jealous person.”

While Doe’s case is still developing, what we know now is this: Trump is accused of raping a 13-year old girl, at parties hosted by a friend and registered sex offender. He has been accused of sexual assault before — including by this same plaintiff — but it seems this alleged victim will let nothing stop her pursuit of justice.

Interview with “Katie Johnson”

Quote:

I talked to the woman accusing Donald Trump of rape

And I’m more confused than ever.

Jul 13, 2016 03:18 PM

UPDATE 9/16:
Jane Doe and her attorney filed to dismiss their case on Friday, September 16. An email to Revelist indicates that the complaint will be re-filed, with the addition of a new witness. Meagher did not respond to requests for comment.
Story continues below:

I first learned about the newest rape lawsuit against Donald Trump from a New York real estate website. The website itself is small, but the allegations are massive.

“Defendant Trump tied plaintiff to a bed, exposed himself to plaintiff, and then proceeded to forcibly rape plaintiff,” the suit, filed in New York District Court on June 20, said. “During the course of this savage sexual attack, plaintiff loudly pleaded with defendant Trump to stop but with no effect.”

The court documents tell the story of a 13-year-old girl hired in 1994 to attend private sex parties in New York City. The parties were said to be hosted by billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, who was convicted in 2008 of soliciting prostitution from underage girls.

The suit also claims that Trump attended at least four of these parties. At each of these, the suit alleges, he initiated sexual contact with the 13-year-old. At one of them, he violently raped her.

The plaintiff, using the name Katie Johnson, originally filed the lawsuit in California. Johnson represented herself in that suit, but the judge threw it out for failing to make an adequate civil rights claim.

At the time, Trump’s attorney denied the claims, calling them “not only categorically false, but disgusting at the highest level and clearly framed to solicit media attention.” But less than a month later, Johnson was suing again — this time with legal representation and a tightly-edited lawsuit.

Astounded by the claims, I wrote an impassioned plea to Johnson’s lawyer, asking him for an interview. He wrote back, simply, “Sure.”

A quick Google search revealed that Johnson’s lawyer, Thomas Meagher, is a patent lawyer in Princeton, New Jersey.

Meagher took on this case independently of his law firm, and openly admits that he has never tackled this kind of case before. He told me in our first conversation that he discovered the case via the website Gossip Extra. The South Florida-tabloid ran an article about Johnson’s failed first filing, and her fruitless search for legal representation. Moved, Meagher contacted the site to offer his help.

Meagher sounded nervous when we spoke for the first time. He asked for the whole interview to be off-the-record, and still refused to answer some of my questions. Not that I blamed him — Trump frequently boasts that he is a litigious man who never settles cases.

After hanging up with Meagher that day, I knew four things for certain: Trump had a history of assaulting women; Epstein is a known sex offender; a woman was accusing both men of sexually assaulting her as a minor; and hardly any media outlet was covering it. I wrote up my take on these four facts and hit publish.

wig copy-500w.png

photo: YouTube/Bianca Manix

After my first article, a video began circulating of a woman, claiming to be Katie Johnson, listing her accusations against Trump and Epstein.
Two weeks later, I got an email from Meagher.

“As I recall, you had asked to interview my client,” he said. “Would you be interested in coming here to Princeton to interview her via FaceTime?”

At that point, The Daily Beast and Jezebel had both published articles casting doubt on the case — or at least the men involved in it.

The reports claimed that a man named Al Taylor had been acting as a go-between for Johnson and the press. He was allegedly shopping around a video of someone, claiming to be Johnson, recounting her allegations to the camera. He had also told a Jezebel reporter to suck his dick.

Though there were several unpleasant interactions with Taylor on record, no one had spoken to Johnson.

I agreed to do a Skype interview on Friday, July 8, from Meagher’s office. That same day, The Guardian ran an article claiming that Al Taylor is actually Norm Lubow, a former producer for the Jerry Springer show and known purveyor of celebrity scandals. “Taylor” become violent when reporters asked him about these claims.

“Just be warned: we”ll sue you if we don’t like what you write,” Taylor told The Guardian’s Jon Swaine. “We’ll sue your ass, own your ass and own your newspaper’s ass as well, punk.”

I received another email from Meagher while traveling to Princeton to ask Johnson about all of these issues.

“Sorry but she has changed her mind and will no longer do it,” he wrote, referring to my interview with his client. “Alas.”

I finally spoke to Johnson on July 11 — three days later — at 11:45 pm.

After several days of back-and-forth with Meagher, I secured a conference call with him and his client. Johnson’s voice sounded muffled and far away when she answered — she said she was speaking softly because she didn’t want anyone to overhear her. Several times she paused mid-sentence, and I could hear her moving something.

“She has dogs,” Meagher explained.

We started by discussing how she began working for Epstein. Johnson said she’d traveled to New York, alone, to launch a modeling career. She told me that one of Epstein’s female associates approached her while she waited for a train at New York’s Port Authority bus terminal. The woman told her about a party that night, where she could meet people to jump-start her career. Plus, she’d be paid to attend.

“Basically it was, ‘Oh, I could definitely help you out with connections — modeling connections — and could definitely get you a modeling career,'” Johnson told me. “There wasn’t really any description of what I’d be doing.”

That female associate is identified in the lawsuit as Tiffany Doe.

More than 20 years after that first interaction, Tiffany has signed an affidavit to Johnson’s lawsuit, in which she supports her allegations and claims to have recruited young women for Epstein for years.

This is consistent with several reports of women who signed on to recruit their peers for Epstein in the past — several of whom were granted immunity during Epstein’s 2008 trial. It also eerily mirrors reports about Jean Luc Brunel, the co-founder of of MC2 Model Management, who allegedly helped Epstein procure young women:

“He would bring young girls (ranging from ages as young as 12) to the United States for sexual purposes and farm them out to his friends, especially Epstein,” a case filed in Southern Florida District Court states. “Brunel would offer the girls ‘modeling’ jobs. Many of the girls came from poor countries or impoverished backgrounds, and he lured them in with a promise of making good money.”

Johnson told me that Tiffany invited her to seven more parties that summer. She attended all of them.”She would contact me and say ‘Oh there’s gonna be this guy that you need to meet, and he’s ready to offer you a contract — a modeling contract,'” Johnson told me. “You know, you’ve already done this, you’ve already done one, why don’t you do two? This could be the one that makes you a model.'”

photo: Getty Images Trump and Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s girlfriend, together in 1997.

Epstein is widely known for throwing lavish parties, with celebrity guests like Katie Couric, Kevin Spacey, and of course, Donald Trump.

In a 2011 Vanity Fair profile of Epstein, a young woman recounted her experience with the guests at one such party:

“‘These were not women you’d see at Upper East Side dinners,'” the woman recalls. “‘Many seemed foreign and dressed a little bizarrely.’ This same guest also attended a cocktail party thrown by Maxwell that prince Andrew attended, which was filled, she says, with young Russian models. ‘Some of the guests were horrified,’ the woman says.”

Johnson, however, was more vague in her descriptions of the parties. She told me she was given outfits to wear, but wouldn’t go into detail about what she was asked to do. I asked her how many people attended the parties, and she couldn’t put her finger on an exact figure.”I mean, I don’t know if I can put number on it,” she said. “It wasn’t just like a small party, but it wasn’t a huge party either … I don’t know, I can’t really explain it. It was just … So many things that I wasn’t aware of even happened, or existed, I saw at these parties.”

Hearing her answers that night, I had to remind myself that PTSD from sexual trauma is known to damage victims’ memories — and that the parties she recalled allegedly happened more than two decades ago. But Mike Fisten, a retired Miami-Dade detective who conducted research for several of Epstein’s victims, denied such parties ever even took place.

“Jeffery never had parties like described in their complaint,” Fisten told me. “Jeffery had sex parties, for sure, with two or three girls … but never with other guys.”

There were men in attendance at Epstein’s more large, lavish affairs, Fisten said, but nothing illicit ever happened at such events.

“He loved having these young girls around him,” Fisten acknowledged. “…But at these parties, with everyone around, nothing ever happened.”

When I asked Johnson to describe the parties she attended, she spoke mainly of how awestruck she felt.

“One of the main things I remember seeing and feeling were just things that were way more elegant than I had ever seen,” she told me. “I felt like, this is worth a lot of money, more than I would ever probably see in my life. Just very elegant stuff, and very rich people…”

A large staircase, which matches one Vicky Ward described in the Vanity Fair profile, is among the “elegant stuff” Johnson mentioned in our interview. Johnson also described Epstein as looking “put together,” and “under-dressed when everyone else was over-dressed,” which also matches Ward’s description of Epstein’s uniform: jeans, knit shirts, and loafers.

Another common theme in both women’s accounts is the fear Epstein strikes in those he meets.

“He has a way of spooking you, does Epstein. Or he did,” Ward later reflected in a piece for The Daily Beast. “…He’d asked which hospital I was giving birth at — and I was so afraid that somehow, with all his connections to the academic and medical community, that he was coming for my little ones that I put security on them in the NICU.”

When I asked Johnson if she ever considered pressing charges before this, she said yes.

“I mean I knew that what they did was wrong,” she told me, “but I didn’t know … I was afraid something bad would happen if I did.”

j-epstein.jpg

photo: Wikipedia Jeffery Epstein’s mugshot.

These women had reason to be scared: Epstein’s predatory behavior is well-documented.

Less publicized, however, is the predatory behavior of one Donald Trump.

In 1993, Trump’s former wife, Ivana, accused him of raping her after an altercation over her cosmetic surgeon. The description of the event, contained in Harry Hunt’s Trump biography “Lost Tycoon,” is hauntingly violent. A former co-worker, Jill Harth, accused him of forcing her into her daughter’s bedroom and attempting to have sex with her in 1997. Ivana later retracted her claims, but Harth isstanding by hers.

“The same year that Harth accused Trump of assault, he was photographed “out on the town” with Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s girlfriend — and another of his underage-girl recruiters. Virginia Roberts, who said Epstein made her a “sex slave” and loaned her out to his friends, was allegedly recruited by Epstein at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort. Trump has also been documented attending parties at Epstein’s townhouse in the early 2000s, and message pads from Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion show calls between the two in 2004.

Epstein plead the fifth during a 2010 trial, when asked whether his social outings with Trump ever included underage women. Trump, however, openly discussed Epstein’s penchant for younger women in an interview with New York Magazine.

“I’ve known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy,” he said. “He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it — Jeffrey enjoys his social life.”

But Epstein entertained dozens of high-profile guests, including Revlon chairman Ronald Perelman, real-estate tycoon Leon Black, and even former president Bill Clinton. Is Trump and Epstein’s friendship enough to place him at Epstein’s apartment on the night of the alleged assault? Detective Fisten doesn’t think so.”I interviewed hundreds of victims — people who were victimized by Jeffrey, worked with him, were part of his organization,” Fisten told me. “I interviewed them, the FBI interviewed him … Trump never came up involved in this part of his life anywhere, at any time, by anybody.”

Asked why Trump was named in this lawsuit, Fisten said flatly, “They threw Trump’s name in there.”

wife2.jpg

photo: Getty Images Trump and Ivana at the Scopus Awards in 1990.

With the allegations against Epstein and Trump covered, I turned my attention to the other shadowy figure in this story: Al Taylor (or according to The Guardian, Norm Lubow).

Toward the end of our interview, I asked Johnson whether anyone helped her file her initial lawsuit.

“I’m sorry?” she responded.

“Did anyone help you or encourage you in the filing of that first lawsuit?” I repeated. “I’m sure it was a very monumental decision.”

That’s when her lawyer jumped in.

“I definitely don’t mind you answering this question,” Meagher told Johnson. “But because of all the hoopla about the peripheral characters in this, I certainly don’t mind you saying that you got help, but I don’t want you to identify who helped you.”

When I finally convinced Meagher to allow Johnson to speak openly, she admitted that Taylor had been instrumental in the filing of the lawsuit. She said they had been introduced through a mutual friend, who urged her to go to Taylor with the story. The friend believed Taylor had the resources to bring her accusations to light.

“[Taylor is] for lack of a better term, a good team player,” Johnson told me. “If I need help with something, he’s there to help me. … He knows a lot about a lot of different fields that just have been really helpful to this entire thing, and I couldn’t have done it without him. I wouldn’t have done it without him.”

But when I talked to Steve Baer, a conservative donor who has been rallying media attention around this case (and against Trump) he told me a different version of the story.

“Al says he’s a friend of Katie’s,” Baer told me. “He met her at a party that a friend held — I think it was a Christmas or holiday party — about two years ago.”

At that party, Baer recounted, Taylor asked Johnson conversationally whether she had any good celebrity gossip. Eventually, Johnson told him the story of her assault. At the time, Baer claims, Taylor didn’t want to touch the story. But when Trump’s campaign started picking up steam, he circled back around to Johnson.

“They concluded, I think on advice of friends of Al’s in media, that the way journalists would feel comfortable about writing about this story would be if it were attached to a lawyer and a plaintiff’s case,” Baer told me. “Because that way Katie doesn’t have to be out front and at personal risk for her life and safety.”

As for Meagher, he thinks all the focus on Taylor’s involvement is a distraction from the real issue at hand: The alleged rape of a 13-year-old-girl. As he put it in a recent email to me, centering this narrative on Taylor is “allowing the sins of others to be visited upon my client.”

The day after my interview, Baer forwarded me a letter Johnson looked to have written that day.

The letter’s recipient is none other than Paul Ryan, speaker of the House of Representatives.

“I am an independent person who wants only one thing,” the politically-charged letter says. “I want to stop the evil, sick, pedophile pervert who raped me when I was only 13 from becoming president of this great country of ours.”

I don’t know if Johnson wrote that letter. In fact, I don’t know if the Katie Johnson I spoke to is the same girl who Trump allegedly raped in 1994, or if that girl even exists. I have never seen Johnson — in person, or via FaceTime, as I was originally promised — and I have not spoken to her only eyewitness, Tiffany Doe. To my knowledge, no journalist has.

All I know is the reason why the woman I spoke to on July 11 chose to speak to me at all.

“I just want to get justice,” she told me. “I mean, these things happen to girls everywhere … I just want people to know.”

Revelist reached out to the Trump campaign twice for comment and received no response.

Excerpts from the interview

Quote:

Katie J’s Testimony v. Donald J. Trump: Alleging he tied, beat, raped and threatened her with murder when she was 13 years old

7:45

Out of all the girls there with me, I’ve never … most of them were 13, 14. I think the oldest one might have been 16, just turned 16. She’d been there for a while.

8:04

He liked to watch other people have sex. He doesn’t like germs so rather than he partake he just watches so …

… And Tiffany had informed him that I was a virgin. So I was basically …

8:39

Second time I saw Mr Trump was same scenario. He was onlooking an orgy. And Tiffany came over to me and said that Donald Trump had requested that I perform oral sex on him.

And I’d never done something like that with anybody, so I was a little nervous.

9:04

So I walked up to him and he was standing there very proud-like … and I just kind of moved in that direction and he kind of slapped me away, saying, “What are you doing? … You need to put a condom on” like I was some kind of dirty filth or something, without a condom.

Tiffany ran over and handed him a condom and apologized profusely and said that would never happen again.

And she looked at me and scolded me basically like a child and said that’s not how … Donald Trump always … any time you touch his penis, he always has to have a condom on or glove on … especially when it comes to performing oral sex.

And so I apologized and I performed oral sex on him. And once again, once he was done, he hopped up and that was the last I saw of him at that party.

10:04

Sometimes before the … some of the things I noticed that were weird with him … sometimes before the party he would come over and Jeffrey Epstein and himself would kind of banter back and forth.

And Donald Trump was very racist. He said a lot of racist things. There was a lot of comments towards Mr. Epstein about being Jewish. And he called him a “Jew bastard” and he was cheap, and there was some words I didn’t even understand, something about the shape of his penis being directly related to his mole or … I’m not too familiar with the Jewish tradition so … but I am pretty certain that whatever he was saying wasn’t very nice.

10:57

Also referred to people of Hispanic origin Hispanic names … he called them “spics” … that was around the first time that the WTC had gotten the bomb in the 1990s, and he was talking about the “towel heads” and we’d just be better off if we didn’t let them in, or basically got rid of every one – every single one that was already here, and I thought … it made me feel really uncomfortable. Really really uncomfortable.

He also loved to call black people “niggers” and he … Arabic people, he called “sand niggers”.

11:34

The only time he tried to give me some money was our last encounter together, where he acted out a rape fantasy … I was forced to give that money back because Jeffrey Epstein paid us after the party. But … he just gave me the money … I don’t know why he gave it to me. It made me feel even more cheap but … it was a rape fantasy to him, but I wasn’t playing so …

Timeline of the “Katie Johnson” case

http://breathedeepandsee.blogspot.kr/2016/11/the-jane-doe-v-trump-allegation.html

This site provides a chronological listing of events relating to “Katie Johnson’s” case. It also lays out the argument that political and monetary motives are probably less strong than the motive to expose the truth about the candidate.

There is mystery as to why “Katie Johnson” withdrew the case in November. Perhaps she was threatened, as she claims, or perhaps she was paid off by an intermediary, either someone who was working for Trump or someone who was a third party and had no interest in seeing Trump dragged through a scandalous court case.

Trump’s denial

According to Daily Mail, Trump’s lawyer stated on April 28th that

‘The allegations are not only categorically false, but disgusting at the highest level and clearly framed to solicit media attention or, more likely, are politically motivated. To be clear, there is absolutely no merit to these claims and, based on our investigation, no evidence that the person who has made these allegations actually exists.’

Is Trump Controlled by Mossad?

Trump controlled by the Mossad – Part III

Trump mentor Roy Cohn a pedophile protector who blackmailed his protégé at Plaza Hotel ‘blue suite’?

The bullish New York attorney Roy Cohn was the quintessential false-opposition operative working under Senator Joseph McCarthy. He prosecuted and persecuted communists, as part of the establishment-controlled red scare, as well as homosexuals, despite being a homosexual himself. But how he was so successful, achieving a huge amount of federal indictments as McCarthy’s aide and attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, was likely due to a dirty, dark secret of his: sexual blackmail, especially of the pedophile kind. Biographer Burton Hersh reveals about Cohn,

“…When New York attorney John Klotz began to investigate Roy Cohn on behalf of a client…declassified New York government files and spadework by a private detective substantiated the allegation that there was indeed a ‘blue suite’ at the Plaza, Suite 233. ‘Roy Cohn was providing protection,’ Klotz discovered. ‘There were a bunch of pedophiles involved. That’s where Cohn got his power from—blackmail.’”[i]

Plaza Hotel, site of room 233, where Roy Cohn may have held underage sex parties in order to blackmail elites.

Not only was Cohn tied to the Nebraska GOP pederast ring (Franklin scandal), as we discovered in Part II of this series, Cohn was involved in a New York City sex ring, run out of a Manhattan hotel that eventually became owned by Cohn’s protégé Donald J. Trump in 1988. Had Trump himself been compromised

Donald Trump reveals he was present at coke-fueled orgy in basement of Studio 54

From NEO: New Eastern Outlook:

A Mafia Don with a Pompadour

20.03.2016 Author: F. William Engdahl

Mafia Don’s Murky Past

Presidential candidate Trump prefers the grandiose titular name, The Donald. In reality, to be honest to his background, it should be The Mafia Don as in Don Coreleone in the movie The Godfather. Trump’s past is so intertwined with organized crime it’s incredible that the hand-wringing GOP anti-Trump establishment or Hillary Clinton have not smeared it across every newspaper in America.

Trump was born just after the end of World War II in Jamaica Queens, New York some seventy years ago. He was son of Fred Trump, a major New York real estate and construction developer. It was well known to every taxi driver or bar owner that for anyone to be a success in New York construction he had to be on friendly terms with the mob, then and today. Just like those who run the garbage disposal businesses, or control the harbors. Fred Trump’s son Don left business school to join daddy Fred’s construction and real estate business in New York City.

Trump’s early mentor in the ways of doing slick, shady construction business in New York was one of the sleaziest characters in New York, a lawyer named Roy Cohn.

Cohn, once lawyer for the sleazy US Senator Joe McCarthy, reportedly shaped McCarthy’s insane paranoid campaign against unnamed communists in the State Department in the early 1950s. Cohn’s biographer, Nicholas von Hoffman, noted that Cohn “lived in a matrix of crime and unethical conduct…derived a significant part of his income from illegal or unethical schemes and conspiracies.” His ties to the mob were so close that he allowed top Mafia bosses like Frank Costello to hold their meetings in his law office so they could claim lawyer-client immunity privilege.

Cohn, who was pronounced dead of AIDS in 1986 and was described by Hoffman as, “the best-known non-show-business homosexual in the country,” was the attorney for a notorious cocaine-snorting Manhattan nightclub in the late 1970’s called Studio 54.

Hoffman wrote of the orgies at Studio 54 held by Cohn, “For special celebrities, the wildest parties were held in the basement…with high society’s homosexuals, transsexuals and transvestites…” Cohn held some of his biggest birthday bangs, attended on at least one occasion by, “the important officials of the Democratic, Republican, and Conservative parties, most of the city’s major elected officials, a number of Congressmen, the Chief Judge of the United States District Court and Roy’s usuals…Donald Trump.”

Donald Trump, organized crime lawyer, Roy Cohn, and cocaine orgies in the basement of Studio 54 attended by judges and politicians of every party? In an interview Trump even described one such Studio 54 orgy he attended: “I would watch supermodels getting screwed, well-known supermodels getting screwed, on a bench in the middle of the room. There were seven of them and each one was getting screwed by a different guy. This was in the middle of the room.” He omitted to say whether he was among that seven.

In the 1970’s when Trump was in his 20’s he hired Roy Cohn as his attorney and “fixer” as he took over his father’s New York real estate and construction business. Trump and Cohn were regular companions at Studio 54 where Cohn was the lawyer. Trump reportedly even kept a photo of Cohn in his office.

In 1979, Cohn introduced Trump to a political dirty-tricks specialist named Roger Stone. Trump and Stone remain close to the present day. Stone, who has worked with Trump on campaigns since 1987, including the present Presidential bid, was charged and fined along with Trump for illegally breaking campaign rules as they fought the development of Indian casinos, competition for Trump’s Atlantic City casinos. Stone’s advice to Trump and other clients was, “Admit nothing, deny everything, launch counterattack….When somebody screws you, screw ‘em back—but a lot harder.” Trump learned Stone’s method well. In 2015 Trump again hired Stone for managing his GOP Presidential bid, but reportedly fired him in August, 2015 for taking too much credit for Trump’s growing success. The Don likes to take all credit. He is, after all, grandiose.

The Don’s mob pals

Mentored since his 20’s by New York mob attorney, Roy Cohn, The Don ever since has been involved with mob or mafia figures. Characteristically, as befits a protegé of Roy Cohn, Trump always denies knowing they were mob figures.

Don Trump entered the world of casino gambling in 1987. Casinos have invariably been associated with laundering money, criminal money of the mob, of the CIA for covert operations like Iran-Contra—taking dirty money and making it “clean,” untraceable. Las Vegas was created by Meyer Lansky, the late head of what was called during Prohibition “Murder Inc.” Lansky ran the casinos of pre-Castro Cuba until the Cuban Revolution in 1959 kicked him and his casinos out. In 1987, a year after his mentor and close friend Roy Cohn died of AIDS, Trump bought 93% control of a dubious casino company in the Bahamas called Resorts International.

Resorts International evolved from a CIA money-laundering front company set up by CIA chief Allen Dulles in the 1950’s. It was called the harmless-sounding name Mary Carter Paint Company. It later merged with help of CIA funds, with Jim Crosby’s Crosby-Miller Corporation. The name was changed to Resorts International in 1968 and it ran casinos in the Caribbean. In 1963, Alvin I. Malnik, a top henchman of crime boss Meyer Lansky, was deeply involved with Mary Carter/Resorts. Resorts International financed a New Jersey referendum that made casino gambling legal in one city in the state-Atlantic City.

Jim Crosby, an alleged CIA front man who later founded a private security company called Intertel whose clients numbered the late Shah of Iran and late Nicaraguan dictator Anastasio Somoza, then died. His family sold the 93% control of Resorts International to…The Don, Donald Trump, in March 1987. Casinos in Atlantic City were the result of a decision years earlier at a mob meeting in Acapulco of the Meyer Lansky Syndicate to expand operations outside Las Vegas, Nevada. Resorts International, then one of the most successful casino operations, was used to do it. Trump entered that charmed world in 1987.

In 1991 Trump and his Atlantic City Trump Plaza casino came into trouble with the New Jersey Casino Control Commission about his dealings with Robert LiButti, a high-rolling gambler and horse breeder who was later banned from Atlantic City for his ties to mob boss, John Gotti. When asked about the LiButti tie, Trump retorted, as he always does, that he “couldn’t recall” the name. He told the Philadelphia Inquirer when questioned about his relation to LiButti, “I have heard he is a high roller, but if he was standing here in front of me, I wouldn’t know what he looked like.” The only problem is that LiButti’s daughter, Edith Creamer, LiButti’s daughter, told Yahoo News that Trump’s account was false. “He’s a liar,” said Creamer. “Of course he knew him. I flew in the [Trump] helicopter with [Trump’s then wife] Ivana and the kids. My dad flew it up and down [to Atlantic City]. My 35th birthday party was at the Plaza and Donald was there. After the party, we went on his boat, his big yacht. I like Trump, but it pisses me off that he denies knowing my father.

In 2010, The Don appointed Felix H. Sater aka Satter, an executive at Bayrock Group LLC, to be Trump’s “senior business adviser,” with an office next to Trump’s and Trump business cards. Sater’s Bayrock had partnered with Trump on the Trump Soho high-rise hotel in Manhattan and other branded luxury real estate deals. Sater had pleaded guilty in 1998 to racketeering for his role in a $40 million stock fraud scheme involving the Genovese and Bonanno crime families. When an AP reporter questioned Trump about Sater in December, 2015, The Don replied his usual, “Felix Sater, boy, I have to even think about it. I’m not that familiar with him.” A spokesman for the Trump Organization acknowledged publicly that Sater worked for Trump after the disclosures of Sater’s criminal background. Sater is a Russian émigré who emigrated to Brooklyn in 1974.

American success story?

Trump has become a political phenomenon and popular among frustrated Americans fed up with lying Washington politicians. He wins traditional Democratic labor union support for attacking Obama’s Trans Pacific Partnership trade deal for robbing more American jobs. He wins support from confused angry unemployed or underemployed voters when he pledges to build a wall on the Mexican border to keep illegal refugees out, calling them drug dealers and criminals. Similarly, he garners support from the so-called “silent majority” when he proposes, quite against the US Constitution, to ban any and all Muslims from entering the United States.

The Don has someone behind the scenes, perhaps old crony Roger Stone, giving him very savvy advice on the “hot button” issues on voters’ minds and panders to that, as any skilled demagogue would. He does it in sound bytes. He spells out no coherent program to rebuild America or to deal with a nation in existential crisis other than to proclaim he could “sit down with Putin” and work a deal. About what, he never says.

Trump’s campaign website proclaims the now familiar mantra, “Trump is the very definition of the American success story, continually setting the standards of excellence in business, real estate and entertainment.”

What he chooses not to play up is that he has repeatedly declared bankruptcy on his casinos then, suspiciously, coming out of bankruptcy smelling like the proverbial rose. Trump’s hotel and casino businesses have declared bankruptcy five times between 1991 and 2014. Because the businesses used Chapter 11 bankruptcy, they were allowed to operate while the owners attempted to settle accounts with investors through asset sales and debt cancellation.

According to a report by Forbes in 2011, the first four bankruptcies were the result of over-leveraged hotel and casino businesses in Atlantic City: Trump’s Taj Mahal, Trump Plaza Hotel, Trump Hotels and Casino Resorts, and Trump Entertainment Resorts. Boasting, Trump said “I’ve used the laws of this country to pare debt. … We’ll have the company. We’ll throw it into a chapter. We’ll negotiate with the banks. We’ll make a fantastic deal. You know, it’s like on The Apprentice. It’s not personal. It’s just business.”

There are two possible conclusions to draw from the above documents of a fifty some year history of businessman Don Trump and a myriad gaggle of business associates who are tied to the mob. Either it is true, as he says again and again, that he was unaware of their mob ties and worked with them for superior their business skills. In that case, with fifty years of such abysmal lack of elementary due diligence in checking backgrounds of those he works with in the most sensitive positions, Don Trump is demonstrably not qualified, on national security grounds, to even be White House gardener. On the other hand, if the ties are with knowledge and clear intent, from Roy Cohn to those of the last several years, Don Trump then is a narcissistic pathetic real estate and casino gangster who ought never to step near the most powerful office on Earth.

‘Clothing Shop Network’ Connections

“Katie Johnson”, who claims she was raped by Trump when she was 13 years old in 1994, says the events took place at Epstein’s mansion in Manhattan.

At that time, Epstein was living in a townhouse on 71st Street that belonged to Jewish billionaire Leslie Wexner, who is named in this anonymously written report below as being a member of the Mossad spy ring “Clothing Shop Network”.

In this report, it is claimed that Wexner gave Epstein a billion dollars to establish a financial firm. Wexner remains the firm’s only publicly known client.

Built in 1910, this townhouse was previously owned by Leslie Wexner, the founding chairman of The Limited. He purchased it for $13.2 million in 1989. The current owner is Nine East 71st Street. This is the residence where it is alleged that Katie Johnson then 13 was raped by Trump and Epstein. Epstein held many dinner parties at this townhouse for famous figures in the business and political world.

Quote:

MOSSADS “Clothing Shop Network”, this report explains, was originated in the early 1980’s by one of the most secretive billionaires in American named Leslie Wexner, and whose father (Harry Wexner—changed from Hagan Wexelstein) emigrated to the United States in the late 1930’s from the Jewish Autonomous Oblast (former Soviet Union).

The “Clothing Shop Network” name itself, this report continues, was derived from Leslie Wexner being one of America’s top clothiers—and who owns the US-based fashion retailers L Brands and Victoria’s Secret.

In 1982, SVR intelligence analysts in this report detail, Wexner recruited Jeffery Epstein into the “Clothing Shop Network” by providing him with an estimated $1 billion to establish a private financial firm named J. Epstein & Company—and that Wexner remains the firm’s biggest and the only publicly known client of.

The true purpose of J. Epstein & Company, however, this report continues, was to allow Jeffery Epstein to operate within the society circles of America’s political elites—and once “ensnaring his victims”, he allowed them to “fulfill” their most “deviant sexual fantasies”, while at the same time secretly video recording them for the “purpose of blackmail.

Trump’s long history of friendship with Jeffrey Epstein

Trump said in 2006 that he had known Epstein for 15 years. According to Vanity Fair magazine he was a frequent guest at Epstein’s dinner parties, which were held in the Manhattan townhouse owned by Leslie Wexner, and the location where the alleged child rapes took place.

The following are extracts taken from a Vice article called The Salacious Ammo Even Donald Trump Won’t Use in a Fight Against Hillary Clinton

Trump had known Epstein since 1987

Quote:

Trump’s attorney Alan Garten told VICE News last week that the presidential candidate had “no relationship” with Epstein, and only knew him because Epstein was a member of Mar-A-Lago, Trump’s private club and residence in Palm Beach.

“A lot of people hung out there, including Jeffrey Epstein,” Garten said. “That is the only connection.”

But according to someone with intimate knowledge of the situation, Trump and Epstein appeared to have a somewhat stronger connection.

“I’ve known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy,” Trump toldNew York magazine in a 2002 profile of Epstein written three years before Epstein began to be investigated. “He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it — Jeffrey enjoys his social life.”

Trump subpoenaed in Epstein’s pedophile case

Quote:

When asked about a subpoena served to Trump in 2009, Garten said it “never happened.” The subpoena called for Trump to give a deposition in a case against Epstein; Garten’s denial baffled Brad Edwards, one of Virginia Roberts’ attorneys.

“There is no debate over what happened,” Edwards told VICE news. “I served Mr. Trump with a subpoena for deposition in 2009. He talked to me voluntarily, and consequently we withdrew the subpoena in light of his voluntarily providing information…. I can’t imagine there being any dispute of any of this.”

Edwards also said that it is “obvious” Trump himself was not involved in any of Epstein’s illicit activity.

Three days after denying the subpoena, Garten emailed VICE News.

“Brad [Edwards] called me to let me know that you had reached out to him,” Garten said. “I looked back at my records and saw that Mr. Trump was subpoenaed.”

Attended a party at Epstein’s place with Conrad Black in 2000

Quote:

In 2000, both Trump and Epstein reportedly attended a small party hosted by media magnate Conrad Black, who in 2007 was convicted and served time in prison for fraud and obstruction of justice (the fraud charges were overturned on appeal). Black is currently an enthusiastic supporter of Trump’s presidential bid.

Trump flew on Epstein’s jet at least once

Quote:

Mark Epstein, Jeffrey’s brother, testified in 2009 that Trump flew on Jeffrey’s private jet at least once. Meanwhile, message pads [see below] from Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion that were seized by investigators and obtained by VICE News indicate that Trump called Epstein twice in November of 2004.

Messages show that Trump called Epstein twice in November 2004

Trump was a regular at Epstein’s dinner parties

Quote:

Garten said Trump had never been to Epstein’s home. But a 2002 story in Vanity Fairlisted Trump as one of a small group of mega-rich businessmen, including newspaper publisher Mort Zuckerman and Revlon chairman Ronald Perelman, who periodically dined with Epstein at his Palm Beach estate. And a 2003 story in New York reported that Trump had dined at Epstein’s Upper East Side home, a nine-story building that is reportedly the largest private residence in Manhattan.

That dinner, for 30 people, was also attended by Google co-founder Sergey Brin, businessman and philanthropist Les Wexner, former British Cabinet minister Peter Mandelson, and Bill Clinton aide Doug Band.

“The dialogues are so engaging,” Epstein told the magazine at the time, “that serving even the most extraordinary food sometimes seems inappropriate.”

Trump hung out with Prince Andrew and Epstein

Quote:

During this same period, Epstein and Maxwell were repeat guests at Mar-A-Lago. In 2000, they hung out there with Prince Andrew, who arrived for vacation on Trump’s private plane. That same year, the Palm Beach Post reported that Trump, Epstein, Prince Andrew, and Maxwell were all at a tennis tournament/celebrity event at Mar-A-Lago.

Trump had hung out with Ghislaine Maxwell

Quote:

Garten told VICE News that Trump had no relationship with Maxwell aside from the fact that she periodically turned up at Mar-A-Lago. The 1997 photograph below, of Trump and Maxwell “out on the town,” was taken in New York City.

trump-epstein-ghislaine-maxwell-sml.jpg

Epstein kept Trump’s phone numbers in a special section of book

Quote:

During its investigation, the FBI obtained a copy of Epstein’s private 194-page phone book. Lawyers for one of Epstein’s victims told VICE News it was stolen by a household employee sometime around 2004.

A copy we obtained includes investigators’ margin notes pointing to key witnesses against Epstein as well as handwritten notes identifying dozens of then-underage girls, as well as their phone numbers.

Among people listed in the phone book were well-known political figures such as Prince Bandar of Saudi Arabia, Tony Blair, former Utah governor and Republican presidential candidate Jon Huntsman, Senator Edward Kennedy, and Henry Kissinger. Also listed were major political contributors like David Koch and Pepe Fanjul.

All those names were listed alphabetically at the front of Epstein’s telephone book, along with the names of Trump’s former wife, Ivana, his daughter Ivanka, and his brother, Robert.

Epstein created a number of other odd categories, including one called “Jeffrey.” There were dozens of names in the Jeffrey category, including Ehud Barak, Alan Dershowitz, then–Senator John Kerry, former senator and lobbyist George Mitchell, powerhouse DC lobbyist Thomas Quinn, and David Rockefeller.

Trump was also listed in this section. Under his name were 14 phone numbers, including emergency numbers, car numbers, and numbers to Trump’s security guard and houseman.

Epstein pleads the Fifth in relation to Trump

Quote:

Back in 2010, Epstein admitted to “socializing” with Trump, but when a lawyer representing an under-aged victim of Epstein’s asked if he has “ever socialized with Donald Trump in the presence of females under the age of 18,” Epstein curiously pled the Fifth. PerVice News:

Q: Have you ever had a personal relationship with Donald Trump?
A. What do you mean by “personal relationship,” sir?
Q. Have you socialized with him?
A. Yes, sir.
Q. Yes?
A. Yes, sir.
Q. Have you ever socialized with Donald Trump in the presence of females under the age of 18?
A: Though I’d like to answer that question, at least today I’m going to have to assert my Fifth, Sixth, and 14th Amendment rights, sir.

Trump and Roy Cohn

This man could be Trump’s most problematic association. Cohn was a mob lawyer as well as legal counsel to Senator Joseph McCarthy, who was a central figure in the Communist witch hunt trials of the 50s. Cohn is rumored to have run a sex ring and is linked to the murder of three boys in the ring.

“During the investigation by the New York State Select Committee on Crime, information was received that Roy Cohn (famed attorney who represented Senator Joe McCarthy at the notorious McCarthy Hearings) helped in covering up the murder and the disposal of the bodies. When Cohn was questioned about the murder of the three 14-15 year old boys at Ben Rose’s apartment, he stated that he was aware of what had happened, but would comment no further. Information at that time was that Cohn was often used to compromise people and, if situations such as those described by Rose occurred, Cohn would take care of them.” http://www.behindthepinecurtain.com/wordpress/organized-pedophilia-and-the-criminal-exploitation-of-children/

Donald Trump’s brash and bullying style was learned at the heel of Roy Cohn, one of America’s most infamous lawyers.

They met at Le Club, a private disco on the Upper East Side frequented by Jackie Kennedy, Al Pacino, and Diana Ross, according to Trump: The Saga of America’s Most Powerful Real Estate Baron. Donald Trump, the young developer, quickly amassing a fortune in New York real estate and Roy Cohn, America’s most loathed yet socially successful defense attorney who had vaulted to infamy in the 1950s while serving as legal counsel to Senator Joseph McCarthy.

The friendship they forged would provide the foundation for Trump’s eventual presidential campaign.

We are far from done, however. We also know that in the late 1960s an officer was working at the Geoffrey’s Bank with the name “A. Newman”, who has been described as a friend and business partner of – you’ll never guess – Roy Cohn. [32] And there we go again: round and round. Cohn’s been talked about in several previous articles of ISGP, all in relation to underground fascist groups and pedophile entrapment operations. As has already been written down in Beyond Dutroux, Senator John DeCamp once wrote:

“Said to be Harold Anderson’s “closest friend in Washington,” Gray [in the White House under Eisenhower; CEO Hill & Knowlton; advisory council WWF; chair George Town Club, where pedophile entrapment allegedly took place; Mason; supporter of AmeriCares at the time of its pedophile scandals] is also reportedly a specialist in homosexual blackmail operations for the CIA… Gray’s associate Wilson was apparently continuing the work of a reported collaborator of Gray from the 1950’s—McCarthy committee counsel Roy Cohn, now dead of AIDS. Cohn was a good friend of Craig Spence and together with top CIA and Army men, as well as politicians and businessmen, he once threw his birthday party at Spence’s house. Spence was later investigated for running a CIA-sanctioned homosexual and pedophile entrapment ring at his house with operations going straight up to the White House. Within several months Spence committed suicide while the records of the investigation were sealed. [33]

Only recently did ISGP run into another accusation that yet again seems to indicate that Cohn “ran the the little boys” with the purpose of blackmailing high officials.

“[Author Anthony] Summers says he got his info from Susan Rosenstiel, fourth wife of Lewis Rosenstiel, chairman of Schenley Industries, a liquor distiller with reputed mob connections. Ms. Rosenstiel claimed that in 1958 she and her husband went to a party at a New York hotel, where they met Hoover and McCarthy witch-hunt lawyer Roy Cohn. Hoover, whom Cohn introduced as “Mary,” was supposedly wearing a wig, a black dress, lace stockings, and high heels. Hoover went into a bedroom, took off his skirt to reveal a garter belt, and had a couple of blond boys–one wearing rubber gloves–“work on him with their hands.” Cohn and Hoover then watched while Lewis Rosenstiel had sex with the boys. A year later Ms. Rosenstiel attended another party at the same hotel; this time Hoover wore a red dress and a black feather boa. He had one of the blond boys, who were now dressed in leather, read to him from a Bible while the other “played” with him. Hoover then grabbed the Bible, tossed it down, and told the first boy to join in.” [34]

Whatever the truth, Hoover was part of the same hard-right, anti-“communosocialist”, and JFK-hating group that Cohn and many intelligence men were part of. There also are more than a few accusations of Hoover’s homosexual inclinations, mainly related to his associate director at the FBI, Clyde Tolson. The pedophile accusations do seem to be new, but they are not really out of place. But to solidify Cohn’s “Nebula” connections, here is another quote from the Beyond Dutroux article:

“According to a 1954 news report, Cohn and his aide David Schine had met up with Spanish members of an international underground Nazi network while on a spy-hunting trip in Europe. Some of the leading members of this network, according to the newspaper, were Col. Otto Skorzeny, Hjalmar Schacht and Werner Naumann.”

Also frequently mentioned on this site: Cohn was a board member of the notorious Permindex firm (there it is again). This company brought together an international group of shady intelligence-connected men whose (overt) idea it was to fight communism on the economic front with the slogan “world trade for world peace”. [35] Board members had connections to the CIA, FBI, and Mossad, not to mention the mafia.

The Schlumbergers, through Jean de Menil, provided a link to the covert anti-Castro war with Clay Shaw and Guy Banister (the latter only associated with Permindex board members) providing Jim Garrison with a link to the John F. Kennedy assassination. In a previous article ISGP compared Permindex to the notorious European Institute of Management (EIM), which appears to have been at the center of this fascist underground with its apparently very sadistic pedophile entrapment rings. Ambassador Douglas MacArthur II, of the same political wood of Roy Cohn, just happened to be chairman of EIM.

Trump’s lawyer Cohn linked to blackmail of key government figures?

Quote:
December 6, 2002, The Straight Dope, ‘Was J. Edgar Hoover a cross-dresser’: “The story appears in Official and Confidential: The Secret Life of J. Edgar Hoover (1993), a gossipy biography by British journalist Anthony Summers, who has also written a JFK assassination conspiracy book. Summers says he got his info from Susan Rosenstiel, fourth wife of Lewis Rosenstiel, chairman of Schenley Industries, a liquor distiller with reputed mob connections.

Hoover then grabbed the Bible, tossed it down, and told the first boy to join in.”; February 9, 1993, The Gazette (Montreal, Quebec), ‘G-man in drag; PBS’s Frontline makes case why Hoover was soft on mob’: “Regardless of its scheduling motivation, Frontline has a very hot show this week. The commercial networks would have to go some to top The Secret File on J. Edgar Hoover.

The documentary asserts that Hoover was a closet homosexual who had a 40-year love affair with his constant companion, Clyde Tolson. That’s nothing new. There were whispers about Hoover and his “assistant” while the FBI boss was alive. But Frontline has broken new ground by establishing a link between Hoover’s homosexuality and his peculiar view of organized crime. The FBI director – who firmly believed he and his agents were protecting the U.S. from a communist conspiracy poised to seize power – contended there was no national crime syndicate. Why did Hoover pretend the Mafia did not exist?

Did the mob have proof that the great cop and his trusted adjoint were practitioners of the love that – at that point in history – dared not speak its name? … Rosensteil says her bisexual husband took her to a room at the Plaza Hotel in New York, where they were greeted by an unusual sight. I won’t ruin the surprise, except to say that the tableaux Rosensteil witnessed featured Hoover, Cohn, a short black chiffon dress, stockings, pumps, a wig, false eyelashes – it’s all just too wacky.” … Moreover, Hoover was an utterly intolerant ogre. He expanded his anticommunist crusade to include bitter and insidious opposition to the civil-rights, women’s and environmental movements.

“As the years went on,” former U.S. vice-president Walter Mondale tells Frontline, “(Hoover) became less and less a law-enforcement officer and more and more a political enforcer.” Mondale says Hoover used the FBI to fight ideas he didn’t like. And he used the vast evidence-gathering apparatus of the Bureau to amass files on the peccadillos of prominent politicians; it was no accident that successive presidents permitted the old thug to hang on to his FBI job past mandatory retirement age. … The documentary includes testimony by numerous Runyonesque dems-and- dosers from whom one would not readily buy a used car, much less an assertion that the head of the FBI was a stooge of the Mafia. Hoover is not around to defend himself. Meyer Lansky and Frank Costello are dead. Roy Cohn died of AIDS, denying his homosexuality to the end.”

Cohn reported in pedophile blackmail ring

Quote:
In an interview with former NYPD detective James Rothstein, this author discovered that such operations do exist and go far back into America’s secret history. Rothstein is no conspiracy theorist. He is a legend in American law enforcement and speaks from experience. Furthermore, he gave me two notable examples from his time as a detective. Rothstein had an opportunity to have a sit-down with infamous McCarthy committee counsel Roy Cohn. During this sit-down, Cohn admitted to Rothstein that he was part of a rather elaborate sexual blackmail operation that compromised politicians with child prostitutes (Rothstein, no pagination). Cohn told Rothstein that this operation was being carried out as part of the anticommunist crusade of the time (no pagination).

Cohn allegedly involved in covering up murder of three boys and disposal of their bodies

Quote:
During the investigation by the New York State Select Committee on Crime, information was received that Roy Cohn (famed attorney who represented Senator Joe McCarthy at the notorious McCarthy Hearings) helped in covering up the murder and the disposal of the bodies. When Cohn was questioned about the murder of the three 14-15 year old boys at Ben Rose’s apartment, he stated that he was aware of what had happened, but would comment no further. Information at that time was that Cohn was often used to compromise people and, if situations such as those described by Rose occurred, Cohn would take care of them.

Trump’s lawyer was an associate of Murdoch’s

Quote:

Rupert Murdoch, the global media mogul who is now a kingmaker in American politics, was brought into those power circles by the infamous lawyer/activist Roy Cohn who arranged Murdoch’s first Oval Office meeting with President Ronald Reagan in 1983, according to documents released by Reagan’s presidential library.

“I had one interest when Tom [Bolan] and I first brought Rupert Murdoch and Governor Reagan together – and that was that at least one major publisher in this country … would become and remain pro-Reagan,” Cohn wrote in a Jan. 27, 1983 letter to senior White House aides Edwin Meese, James Baker and Michael Deaver. “Mr. Murdoch has performed to the limit up through and including today.”

According to the documents from the Reagan library, Cohn’s relationship with Murdoch apparently developed around their mutual commitment to Israel. For instance, one set of documents described Cohn’s intervention with Reagan to get the President to praise Murdoch’s 1982 receipt of an award from the American Jewish Congress as its first “Communications Man of the Year.”

Handwritten notes cite Murdoch’s “steadfast support of Israel + free + outspoken support of free press” and point to Cohn as the contact. On April 20, 1982, Reagan extended his and his wife Nancy’s congratulations to Murdoch.

A number of sources indicate that Roy Marcus Cohn operated one in Metropolitan New York area, beginning in the 1950s, and in the DC area at least in the 1970s. In the 1950s, Cohn was chief aid to Senator Joseph McCarthy and used sexual blackmail to compel testimony. Sometimes they just accused liberals of having homosexual tendencies, and when one targeted person committed suicide, Cohn celebrated with champagne. At that time, he operated a prostitution ring and sometimes victimized gays in various ways. Cohn seemed to have a love/hate relationship with gay men.

Most recently, Governor Eliot Spitzer, was caught dealing with Emperor’s VIP Club and Miami Velvet, modern-day honey traps connected with his political opponents, and had to resign his high office. Its hard to imagine the man being careless enough to go to just any escort service. Maybe someone told him these places were run by “friends”? By his own admission, Republican operative Roger Stone reported Spitzer to the FBI. Stone had been working for state senate leader Joseph Bruno, collecting $20,000 a month. Stone, as Ronald Reagan’s northeastern campaign manager in 1980, had worked with Roy Cohn, but there is no way of knowing if he even knew about Cohn’s brownstone operation.

Spitzer’s downfall came shortly after he published a piece in the Washington Post criticizing predatory lenders, predicting a financial system collapse, and denouncing the Comptroller of the Currency for preventing the states from doing something about the lenders. There were cheers and hoops of joy on the New York Stock Exchange when Spitzer’s indictment was announced.

Cohn may have sometimes obtained boys from a satanic sect that was known to send young males to the homes of the wealthy in the Greater New York area. On one occasion, Alexander Berkowitz—of the Son of Sam killings—was sent to Cohn’s house in Connecticut, and met the famous man. According to Anthony Summers, Cohn procured boys for FBI director J. Edgar Hoover in 1958. The famous lawman was dressed as a girl and went by the name “Mary.” It was reported that Cohn services including providing boys for men of wealth and power. Detective James Rothestein, a respected former New York City vice officer said of Cohen:

“Cohn’s job was to run the little boys. Say you had an admiral, a general, a congressman, who did not want to go along with the program. Cohn’s job was to set them up, then they would go along. Cohn told me that himself.”

Cohn’s involvement with the CIA

From “Sherm Says: An Early Brownstone Operation — Sex and Blackmail Ring

An Early Brownstone Operation — Sex and Blackmail Ring

Brownstone Operation” is another name for a sex/blackmail ring.

A number of sources indicate that Roy Marcus Cohn operated one in Metropolitan New York area, beginning in the 1950s, and in the DC area at least in the 1970s. In the 1950s, Cohn was chief aide to Senator Joseph McCarthy and used sexual blackmail to compel testimony. Sometimes they just accused liberals of having homosexual tendencies, and when one targeted person committed suicide, Cohn celebrated with champagne.

The famous lawman was dressed as a girl and went by the name “Mary.” It was reported that Cohn services included providing boys for men of wealth and power. “Cohn’s job was to run the little boys. Say you had an admiral, a general, a congressman, who did not want to go along with the program. Cohn’s job was to set them up, then they would go along. Cohn told me that himself.”

As an attorney, Roy Cohn represented John Gotti, Carmine Gambino, and Fat Tony Salerno, all of whom could have helped him in his criminal activities. He advised Presidents Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan. He eventually died of AIDS in 1986, though he insisted gays should not be permitted to teach school.

Some write that CIA agent Edwin Wilson became involved in the Cohn pedophile and homosexual sex rings as early as the 1950s. By the 1970s, Wilson was clearly working with Cohn in operating a sex ring in the Washington, D.C. area. The agency was connected later connected with the sex ring so that mind control experiments could be carried out by permitting subjects to act out in real life their sexual fantasies. The sex ring was also useful in blackmailing politicians. A escort service was used as a “cut-out” for the sex and blackmail operation. An extension of Cohn’s work was carried on by now notorious CIA agent Edwin Wilson and a former Eisenhower administration official and advertising executive, who probably was not a CIA agent. There are reports that Wilson and Cohen cooperated in sex/blackmail scams since the 1950s. The George Town Club run by a South Korean intelligence agent named Ton Sun Park was used by them in the 1970s.

Former CIA agent Frank Terpil said:

“Historically, one of Wilson’s Agency jobs was to subvert members of both houses [of Congress] by any means necessary … Certain people could be easily coerced by living out their sexual fantasies in the flesh … A remembrance of these occasions [was] permanently recorded via selected cameras … The technicians in charge of filming … [were] TSD [Technical Services Division of the CIA] … The unwitting porno stars advanced in their political careers, some of [whom] may still be in office.”

Child sex was available, and prominent names were associated with the sex ring, including a future vice president and a very sanctimonious member of the Senate Judiciary Committee. There is only a little information on where the children were obtained. One good source says so me came from religiously operated home for runaway boys. The home was affiliated with a similar home in Guatemala, which was favored by President Anastazio Samoza. The American boys home was lauded by the Reagan administration as an example of what privatization of these services could accomplish. There are reports of children being moved through airstrips at Sheridan, Oregon, China Lake, California, and Santa Rosa, California. Of course, that airstrip is near Bohemian Grove, where child sex abuse is alleged to have occurred. Bohemian Grove is 70 miles north of San Francisco.

Frank Sturgis, another CIA operative and Watergate burglar, told an interviewer that one reason for the break-in was to find a “Pedophile Book” that was kept at the Democratic National Committee Headquarters. The book allegedly contained the names of pedophile politicians. A more common explanation for Watergate was that the burglars were seeking information on which politicians were using prostitutes.

Wilson was active in the 1976 and 1980 Reagan campaigns and held a White House under the former California governor but reported to CIA Director Bill Casey. In the late seventies, CBS’s “Sixty Minutes” reported that the CIA was the city’s unofficial shadow government. Political blackmail would have been a useful tool in achieving this status. In the eighties, Wilson was jailed on charges illegal gun running, but he always insisted he was carrying out orders.

Wilson did not operate the ring in the eighties. It was passed to a higher official at Langley. There is evidence that one of the Watergate burglars took over the operation for a time. It is clear that he was working through escort services and was filming and taping. There is no evidence he was using children. It is also known that this operation was used to raise money for the Nicaraguan Contras in the 1980s. Two other intelligence sex operations appeared in the 1980s, and it is unclear how the three were interrelated.

Sherm spent seven years writing an analytical chronicle of what the Republicans have been up to since the 1970s. It discusses elements in the Republican coalition, their ideologies, strategies, informational and financial resources, and election shenanigans. Abuses of power by the Reagan and G. W. Bush administration and the Republican Congresses are detailed.

Trump’s lawyer – cover up and disposal of bodies of murdered boys in sex ring

Quote:
HOMOSEXUAL – For the purpose of this report, the true homosexual pedophile is distinct from the more violent serial killers described later. The homosexual believes he is not hurting the child, but is in fact offering him a better life style. The child is given all the worldly possessions they desire and are told that their parents do not want him. This is a common and effective ploy used to keep the child. After the child has been in the clutches of the pedophile community for more than seventy-two hours, that child is generally lost to society. The child’s fear of parents and friends finding out about the degradation in which that child has been involved, keeps that child from leaving.

Roy Cohn and connections to organized crime

Roy Cohn was installed into the Justice Department, and later onto Senator Joe McCarthy’s (R Wisc.) staff, to be the front man and alter ego of FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover in the anti-Communist witch-hunts. When McCarthy’s venom was finally directed against the U.S. Army, both Cohn and McCarthy were ultimately reined in.Cohn returned to New York City, where he was installed into a powerful”fixer” law firm, courtesy of former Gov. Tom Dewey, and his father, Judge Albert Cohn. From that point on, until his 1986 death from AIDS, Roy Cohn was in the middle of practically everything sleazy that occurred inside both the Democratic and Republican parties. Before his death, he was disbarred for fraud and corruption. He was the lead attorney for Meyer Lansky’s National Crime Syndicate, occasionally helping to set up mob executions, according to law enforcement reports and news accounts. Cohn’s name surfaced in the investigation of the role of the British-Permindex apparatus in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

Trump learned art of manipulation from Cohn

Quote:

Mentored in the art of manipulation: Donald Trump learned from the master — Roy Cohn

Cohn modeled a style for Trump that was one part friendly gossip and one part menace

trump_cohn-sml.jpg

Roy Cohn, Donald Trump (Credit: AP/John Locher/Photo montage by Salon)

When the country finally ended Sen. Joseph McCarthy’s secular inquisition—“Have you no decency, sir?” asked one witness—his chief aide said that the witch-hunting Democrat from Wisconsin had been silenced by his colleagues because he “would not observe the social amenities.” In today’s parlance, Roy Cohn might say that McCarthy suffered because he refused to be politically correct.

McCarthy was such an effective tormentor of the innocent that his name became synonymous with character assassination. He was eventually driven out of the Senate. Disgraced alongside his boss, Cohn departed Washington for his hometown of New York City where he became the ultimate political fixer and a terror in his own right. If you needed a favor, or wanted to hurt an enemy, Cohn could do the job. He talked like a make-believe mobster and counted real ones among his clients.

Having spent years under the shadow of ethics complaints, Cohn lost his license to practice law in 1986, just before he died of HIV/AIDS, a diagnosis he denied. A gay Jewish man who spewed anti-Semitic, homophobic and racist remarks, he was actually quite charming in his way and left behind many friends. Among them were gossip columnists (like McCarthy, Cohn cultivated them) and two men he mentored in the art of manipulation: Roger Stone and Donald Trump.

When Trump was still in his 20s he hired Cohn and began to move in the same circles. Both were members of Le Club, a private hot spot where the rich and famous and social climbers could meet without suffering the presence of ordinary people. Later, when Studio 54 served the glitter and cocaine crowd, Cohn and Trump were there too. Cohn modeled a style for Trump that was one part friendly gossip and one part menace. Cohn looked and sounded like someone who could hurt you if you crossed him. Trump kept a photo of the glowering Cohn so he could show it to those who might be chilled by the idea that this man was his lawyer.

It was Cohn who introduced Trump to a young political operator named Roger Stone in 1979. Stone had cut his teeth in the Nixon campaign of 1972 where he posed as a student socialist who donated to an opponent and then made the contribution public. The fake scandal helped scuttle antiwar congressman Rep. Pete McCloskey’s presidential bid and ensured that Nixon was around to give America three more years of a disastrous war and Watergate.

Brilliant and perpetually aggressive—“attack, attack, attack” is his motto—Stone teamed up with Trump to create an ersatz presidential bid in 1987, and the two have been political partners ever since. Like Cohn, Stone is a risk-taker. He and Trump got caught breaking campaign rules as they fought the development of Indian casinos and state officials levied a hefty fine. Stone counsels clients to “Admit nothing, deny everything, launch counterattack.” He once told a reporter that it was his practice to always, “Get even.” “When somebody screws you,” he added, “screw ‘em back—but a lot harder.”

Trump’s version of the Stone credo, as he told me, is to “hit back 10 times harder” whenever he feels attacked. Like McCarthy and Cohn and Stone, Trump loves to gossip and trade in information. He too cultivates an air of menace to keep his opponents off-guard and he hates to apologize, or back down. And, like Cohn, he insists that the kind of talk his critics consider offensive is really just the truth expressed without the social amenities. This is an ingenious tactic for someone who wants to be free to say almost anything, even if it’s insulting, and get away with.

Much of what Trump says and does comes straight out of the Cohn/Stone playbook, including his eagerness to make people uncomfortable and confused. As a campaign consultant Stone advises candidates to open multiple battlefronts, and as a source for reporters he often mystifies anyone who seeks to understand what he’s up to. For his part, Trump is a man prone to outrageous statements that defy fact-checking and our fascination with him stems, at least in part, from the delightful challenge of trying to figure out when he’s serious and when he’s putting us on.

The current state of the Stone-Trump relationship is puzzling indeed. Stone has earned substantial sums for Trump and has always seemed to lurk behind the scenes in his political life. However, his outrageousness can seem like a liability and in 2008 Trump told Jeffrey Toobin of the New Yorker, “Roger is a stone-cold loser.” He also complained that Stone “always tries taking credit for things he never did.”

Trump told me that he finds it easy to cut off those who displease him and that none of those who are banished ever return. Given this stand, it may seem strange that Trump welcomed Stone back into his political circle prior to announcing his candidacy for the GOP nomination. The reunion was short-lived, as the Trump campaign fired Stone in August with an announcement that said he was promoting himself too much. However, Stone insists he resigned before he was fired and he has continued to stump for Trump in the media. He is, like Donald, a true descendant of the McCarthy/Cohn line and perhaps as impossible to fully disown as a member of the family.

Mashkevich: 287th place in Forbes list of world’s richest

Alexander Mashkevich, one of Jewish world’s biggest philanthropists, suspected of organizing sex party on luxurious yacht seized by Turkish police. His lawyer denies allegations, but Yedioth Ahronoth reveals what really happened on board

Yana Pevzner, Thiya Barak |Published: 29.03.11 , 09:13

September 28, 2010.

A huge yacht anchors in Bodrum, Turkey. The Savarona, 136 meters (446 feet) long, once owned by the “Father of the Turks”, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, and is currently rented for tens of thousands of dollars a day.

A helicopter flies above the yacht. Ropes are rolled down from it. Turkish policemen slide to deck. At the same time, in the luxurious yacht suites, there are Kazakh businessmen with nine young girls, two of them under aged. The policemen search the place and find a huge amount of contraceptives and a file with escort girls’ pictures and hotel receipts. Ten suspects, among them two Turkish billionaires, are arrested immediately and investigated for solicitation and trafficking in women.

The police raid was the culminating point of a secret investigation conducted for months against a Turkish crime organization that trafficked women. According to the investigation, the organization heads brought young Ukrainian and Russian women in order to satisfy the whims of rich businessmen and their guests. Parties such as the one on the Savarona were a nice source of profit for them, and this specific one was especially profitable and luxurious.

But the investigation sheds light not only on the crime organization but on the identity of the man who chartered the yacht to have a good time wit his friends and business partners: the police suspects that he is no other than Alexander Mashkevich – a well known billionaire and philanthropist holding an Israeli citizenship and heading the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress.

Mashkevich quickly denied his involvement in the event. His spokesman, Roman Spector, told the British daily “Telegraph” that Mashkevich was indeed onboard the yacht when it was raided, but he was in no way connected to criminal or immoral acts on it.

When Yedioth Ahronoth reporter Eldad Beck wrote about Mashkevitch’s involvement in the story, the Jewish Oligarch denied he was even interrogated by the Turkish police. According to him, he never spoke to a Turkish policeman. His friends said that the Turkish press’ articles that mentioned him were driven by anti-Semitism.

But secret investigation materials from the Attorney General in Anatalia that was obtained by Yedioth Ahronoth, presents a completely different picture and revels the involvement of Mashkevitch in the affair.

The investigation began several months before the police raid on the yacht. The Turkish police received information about a crime organization that deals with human trafficking and solicitation. The organization was headed, according to the information, by Taufik Arif, a Turkish tycoon, Donald Trump’s business partner and owner of a metal production factory in Kazakhstan and many other businesses in the US and Britain. Arif, dubbed “David” by his people, was born in Kazakhstan and lives in Turkey since 1994. The police followed his organization for two months, documented them with video cameras, tapped their phones and broke into their email and bank accounts.

Investigation materials show that Arif’s organization provided escort services to businessmen. The young women, some of whom were underage (according to the investigation, one of the businessmen was especially fond of 13-14 year old, and the organization head supplied those girls) were brought from Russian and the Ukraine, through modeling agencies.

The investigation protocol includes transcripts of phone calls between Arif and his partners, describing the girls, their age, height and looks. Many women were documented leaving the airport in Anatalia and taken to hotels. The police investigators seem to have known it all: who these women were, where they came from, who they were intended for, and how much he had paid for them. And they knew that if one of the big bosses or the important customers was not satisfied with a girl, she would immediately be sent back to where she came from.

The police also knew that a big event was to take place on the Savarona, an exclusive event with only a few participants, but lots of money and passion.

In the last five years, the yacht was rented twice a year: one week to Arif and one week to Mashkevich. The investigation materials show that in September of last year, before the party, it was leased to Mashkevich for 9 days, for $300,000. The money was transferred from his bank account in Kazakhstan to Turkey, and there are bank statements to prove it. The Turkish police was tipped that Arif would also be at the party, and decided it would be a good opportunity to catch him red handed.

And so, on September 28, 2010, the third day of the party, the police raided the Savarona. And that’s when Mashkevich enters the picture.

Synagogues and matzah crates

Mashkevitch’s character is mysterious, intriguing. He is a cold, calculated businessman who managed to take over Kazakhstan’s natural resources with his partners, and accumulate approximately 3.3 billion dollars of wealth, which puts him in the 287 place in the Forbes list of the world’s richest. But he is also a traditional Jewish person, who donates significantly for synagogue construction in Russia, for deliveries of Matzo to faraway communities, and for Jewish studies.

“When Shimon Peres, the Israeli president, visited Kazakhstan, Mashkevich cried at the sound of the Tikva, the national hymn. He is an enthusiastic Jew and Zionist”, say one of the people in his entourage.

Mashkevich, 54, was raised in Kirgizstan, bordering on Kazakhstan. He has a Ph.D. in Linguistics, and at the culmination of his academic career he served as the dean of the Kirgizstan University Faculty of Linguistics. But that was not enough for Mashkevich. He established the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress and at the end of the eighties immigrated to Kazakhstan, where he made friends with the Republic’s strong president, Nur Sultan Nezdabayev.

With his two Muslim partners, Alian Ibragimov and Phatuch Shudayev, Mashkevich got a franchise from the state and established Kazakhstan Aluminum. Their business expanded and they lay hands on other national resources such as the Chrome industry, iron and coal mines, electricity, trains, and more. Mashkevich took all these companies in under his corporation, ENRC. “I always wanted more. I believed in capitalism”, he said in an interview.

In 1991, Mashkevich immigrated to Israel and received an Israeli nationality, but chose to return to Kazakhstan. He currently divides his time between Asian Russia, Belgium and London, where his wife and two daughters live. Among others, he has done business with Dan Gertler and Benny Steinmatz. So far, Mashkevich has avoided investing in the Israeli economy. “The market is limited and the bureaucracy cumbersome”, he explained. However, he has recently announced, at the Herzliya convention, “I have made a strategic decision to invest in the local economy. It is the right time”. He even purchased a penthouse for his daughter in the future project, Sea One, in Tel Aviv, and paid NIS 110 million ($31 million) for 1,000 square meters (10,765 square feet).

When it comes to charity, Mashkevich is very generous. Knesset Member Zeev Bielski, former head of the Jewish Agency, says: “In my very first days on the job, I heard of a Jewish man with a big heart who invests a lot in the Jewish life of Asian Russia. I made an effort to meet him, and when he came to Israel we were introduced.

“I met a warm man who respects his parents and builds synagogues in their memory. We recruited him to the lone soldiers’ project. Every time we wanted to bring a soldier’s parents to Israel, he financed it. He is one of the donators we enjoy working with. I’m not sure his identification with Israel is good for his business, but that doesn’t matter to him”.

In the haredi world, Mashkevich is called “Hanagid”, a title used for the greatest philanthropists. The Braslev Jews dub him “Redeemer of the holy grave”, since he redeemed the debts and foreclosure from the Ukrainian grave of the Rabi Nachman from Braslev. Recently, he donated a large sum of money for the establishment of “Zaka” branches throughout the world. Zaka Chair, Yehuda Meshi Zahav has only good words to say about him.

“I have been flying with him to the Rabbi Nachman of Uman’s grave for two years now. If you see him there, you wouldn’t believe how he can pray. When the fire broke out in the Carmel Mountains he arrived within a day to see how he can help. When he went to take a look, one of the policemen at the place told us that his daughter’s Bat Mitzvah was supposed to take place in Beit Oren and they don’t know what to do. Mashkevich immediately said he would pay for a new location. He donated $10,000. He also donated for the establishment of a special unit of ATVs that would help with future fires.”

Does it not disturb you to take money from him, in light of the recent event he took part in?

“Saints are in heaven. Whoever is here is not a saint. Not me, not you, and apparently not him either. I see how he helps and gives charity. And that is above everything he may or may not have done”.

22 escort girls

A former journalist, an Israeli who worked with Mashkevich, portrays a more complex character. “You have to understand, Oligarchs are a weird people, and Mashkevich is no different. For example, in one of our trips with president Peres, Mashkevich took us on a one day tour. We thought we would be visiting Jewish communities, or important Kazakh sites, but instead all we did was tour synagogues named after his mother.

At first we drove a few hours on the bus and got to one of the synagogues and then we flew to the other. That was extremely strange. Also, at the Herzliya conference he spoke about a “World Jewish Parliament” with great pathos and mentioned several other ambitious ideas. The audience was somewhat embarrassed.

“I’m not surprised with the yacht story. Business trips with “working women” are a well-known concept in Asian Russia. In one of my trips there I was with my wife, and one of Mashkevitch’s men was sure she is an escort, and asked for her rate. It’s deep in their local culture. You don’t go there with your legal wife. And once a man arrives alone, they see to all his needs. When a business man arrives and gets a woman for a night, he doesn’t say no.”

Taufik Arif’s organization supplied such women, according to the investigation. Two of his men would select the women from Russian and Ukrainian model agency websites. Afterwards Arif would look at the pictures and approve them, and his people would take care of all the necessary arrangements: settle the price with the agency, set the dates, purchase plane tickets.

When the women arrived in Turkey, they would be taken to one of the Riksos hotels (Arif owns one of the hotels that previously belonged to the chain). “When Taufik plans a vacation or holiday in Turkey, he usually calls me”, says Gondoz Akerniz, one of the suspects, who worked for Arif. “If he wants to rent a yacht, I take care of it. He comes here to meet friends and talk about investments, and I order models for them. I don’t know if they’re underage or not. Taufik asks me to find them.”

The organization members knew that Taufik was organizing an event by May 25. The following is a conversation between Gondoz and Arif, cited in the investigation materials:

Arif: “Mashkevich wants the Savarona. Find out what dates in September.”

Gondoz: “Okay.”

Arif: “Speak to him ASAP and ask him when he wants it and arrange it immediately.”

Gondoz took care of renting the yacht for Mashkevich, from September 25 to October 3rd 2010. The owner of the yacht is billionaire Kakharman Sadikuglu, one of Turkey’s richest people, and one of the people involved in this affair. In his investigation he said that when he bought the yacht from the state, the condition was that he would only use it for tourism.

He denies having known what was going on aboard it. He says he would have never approved such things aboard a yacht of historical significance to the Turkish people (since Ataturk used it).

“The team onboard is employed by you”, said the police investigator, “did you receive any information from them about the suspects bringing escorts and sleeping with them?” Kharman replied, “no one reported such things to me. I didn’t know Arif Taufik and Alexander Mashkevich used the yacht for these purposes.” Arif’s people started recruiting the girls, after having rented the yacht. They located 22 women, three of which were rejected and flown back to Russia.

The day before the party, one of the suspects received a text message with three names of girls who were supposed to arrive at Bodrum. Later, six more girls were located and found suitable. The Turkish Attorney General determined according to recorded phone calls that the organization brought those nine women from Russia to Turkey for prostitution. As part of the deal, they were supposed to provide sex services on September 25- October 3, the dates of the Mashkevich cruise.

On September 25 at noon, nine carefully selected women arrived in the Bodrum airport. They were put on a bus and a private car and driven to the Riksos Hotel.

On the same day, Mashkevich arrived in Turkey. He says he was never interrogated by the police, but one of the police documents includes an explanation provided by him, with his signature and a photocopy of his ID.

Mashkevich told the police after the raid, “I arrived in Bodrum from Jordan on September 25. I came here to rest and hold a few meetings. The women were not with me. We met on the yacht. I had no intimate relations with them. My accountant paid for the event. I’m a businessman I don’t know what he paid for and how much, my accountant takes care of everything.

Mashkevitch’s bodyguard also testified in the police. “I don’t know anyone on the yacht”, he said. “I don’t know any of those women, or why they came here”.

‘Keep silent’

Arif said in his interrogation that the women weren’t prostitutes. He said they were singers and dancers. “When the policemen came aboard they asked us what the girls were doing here”, Arif said. I then turned to the girls and asked, “What are you here for?” and they replied that they came to entertain the guests by dancing and singing.

One of the policemen asked one of the girls to sing something, but she said she needed a microphone. He asked her to sing anyway. She sang in Russian and he stepped aside, he didn’t expect her to sing so well”.

But if those women indeed came to sing and dance, as Arif says, why were they not allowed to testify to the police? According to the investigation materials, when they were arrested the women were told by their “leaders” not to speak or testify. The Turkish police suggested they get help from the Russian embassy, contact a Russian speaking lawyer or their families, but they refused.

“Don’t testify, any of you”, said a text message they received. “Everything is falling apart, don’t sign anything, they are out of control and have no power. You will soon be home”, said a second text message. Three days after the arrest, one of the girls received another text message, “You don’t know these people, don’t worry about it, you were at the wrong place in the wrong time. See to it that all the girls stay silent, as if they were in their grave, don’t say a thing”. Everyone followed the rules and kept quiet.

Two of those nine women were 16-year-old minors. For both of them, this was not the first time in Turkey, and their last time there, in March 2010, was also at Arif’s request.

We found pictures of one of them, Vasilisa, on the website of the model agency from which Arif ordered the girls. A thin girl with a baby face and sad blue eyes. In most pictures she appears half naked. On her Facebook page she says she loved horses and has just finished school. The other girls were 18-20 years old.

The police believe that the used contraceptives on board the yacht leave no room for doubt about what happened on the yacht. How is it possible that Mashkevich, who paid huge sums of money to charter the yacht, didn’t know what was going on on it?

Another discussion will be held in Anatalia court in April. The accused in this case are those directly related to soliciting and trafficking women. Other businessmen who were on the yacht, including Mashkevich and his partners, Ibragimov and Shurayev, are not legally involved.

Attorney Ronel Fisher, Mashkevitc’s lawyer, said, “Mashkevich was never interrogated by the Turkish police for a criminal offence. The Turkish authorities had not and have no claims against him, not even an insinuated one. Obviously, irresponsible parties with various interests are making great efforts to slander Mr. Mashkevich, but the truth helps him ward off all those lies”.

Taufik Arif denied all the accusations against him.

Ed. Note: In April 2012, Tevfik Arif was acquitted by a Turkish court of all charges in connection with the incident reported here. The court also found that none of the women on the yacht was under the age of 18.

–Updated October 19, 2012.A New York real estate mogul with ties to Donald Trump is at the center of an international sex scandal – suspected of running a high-priced prostitution ring.

Tevfik Arif, 57, has been detained in Turkey on suspicion of setting up trysts between wealthy businessmen and Eastern European models – some underage – aboard a $60 million yacht once used by the nation’s founder, Mustafa Ataturk.

Arif, whose Bayrock Group co-developed the Trump SoHo and the Trump International Hotel and Tower in Fort Lauderdale, was among 10 people rounded up in Tuesday’s raid on suspicion of running a prostitution ring.

Prosecutor Yusuf Hakki Dogan said the Savarona yacht was used twice for sexcapades, the Turkish newspaper Hurriyet reported.”This is the man who defiled the Savarona,” read the headline on the cover of the Turkish paper Milliyet, beside a photo of Arif.

Ten models from Russia and Ukraine were detained, but one was released, News reported. Two of the women were underage.

The businessmen reportedly paid $3,000 to $10,000 per night to bed the women aboard the 450-foot yacht. The luxury vessel, which boasts 16 suites, a 282-foot gold-trimmed grand staircase, a movie theater, Turkish bath and helicopter pad, was used by Ataturk before he died in 1938.

In 1989, Turkish businessman Kahraman Sadikoglu paid the government for the right to operate the yacht, which he reportedly rents out for $30,000 to $40,000 a day.

Russian, Kyrgyz and Kazakh businessmen and top government officials were also among those detained, Bloomberg News reported.

Last night, Arif was being questioned at a police station near the Mediterranean resort town of Antalya.

Antalya provincial spokesman Mahmut Deniz said there’s been no decision on whether to press charges.

Arif is the victim of a “smear campaign” and will “vigorously defend himself in any court of law,” his lawyer, Engin Agyuzlu, said in an email to Bloomberg News.

In addition to the Trump properties in New York and Florida, Arif’s firm developed the Trump International Hotel and Tower Phoenix, the Waterpointe, a residential development in Whitestone, Queens, and the Riverhead Resorts inSuffolk County, L.I.

In an interview in 2007, Arif extolled the benefits of his relationship with The Donald.

“He’s been very helpful to us from the beginning and he’s been very helpful in opening some doors,” Arif told Real Estate Weekly.

Photos from the 2007 launch party for the Trump SoHo Hotel show Trump and Arif palling around together. Arif was also photographed beside Trump and his three kids: Eric, Donald Jr., and Ivanka.

A spokeswoman for Trump declined to comment on his relationship with Arif.

amd-savarona-yacht-jpg

A source said Trump hasn’t spoken to Arif “in years.”

The Kazakh-born Arif worked for the Ministry of Commerce and Trade in the former Soviet Union for 17 years, serving as the deputy director of its Department of Hotel Management, according to Real Estate Weekly.

After moving to the U.S., Arif’s first project was the redevelopment of a 280,000 square-foot waterfront shopping center in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. Loehmann’s Seaport Plaza was sold in 2008 for a reported $24 million.

Arif founded Bayrock in 2001, which he operates out of an office on Fifth Ave.

“Bayrock knows nothing about the matter,” said a spokeswoman for the firm.

Arif owns a three-story mansion in Port Washington, L.I., worth more than $6 million, records show.

In recent years, Bayrock has been the target of multiple lawsuits.

In suits filed in New York and Delaware, former Bayrock finance director Jody Kriss claims that the firm defrauded the IRS and embezzled millions from its subsidiaries.

In a separate lawsuit filed in August in Manhattan Federal Court, 15 buyers of the Trump SoHo Hotel sued Arif, Trump, his children, and Arif’s partner, Alex Sapir, charging they had inflated sales in their marketing pitches to encourage them to buy into the condo.

Trump and Felix Sater

Trump is linked to yet another Mafia-linked figure, Felix Sater.

Former Mafia-linked figure describes association with Trump

By Rosalind S. Helderman and Tom Hamburger May 17, 2016

On the 24th floor of Trump Tower, in an office two floors below Donald Trump, Felix Sater was trying to revive his career. The Russian-born businessman had already done a stint in prison for stabbing a man in the face with the stem of a margarita glass, and he was now awaiting sentencing for his role in a Mafia-orchestrated stock fraud scheme — all the while serving as a government informant on the mob and mysterious matters of national security. But Sater and his business partners had an idea: They would build Trump towers in U.S. cities and across the former Soviet bloc.

Sater pitched it to Trump, who gave Sater’s company rights to explore projects in Moscow as well as in Florida and New York.“Anybody can come in and build a tower,” Sater told potential investors, according to testimony in a 2008 court case. “I can build a Trump Tower, because of my relationship with Trump.”Sater’s “Trump card,” as he called it, didn’t work everywhere. The Moscow deal fell apart. But their relationship continued — though just how close they were is now in dispute.

Trump describes association with Felix Sater

(Video not available)

Video shows Donald Trump testifying at a deposition taken Nov. 5, 2013 in Matthew Abercrombie, et. al. versus SB Hotel Associates pending at the time in Florida.(Obtained by The Washington Post)

Trump has repeatedly said he barely remembers Sater. In sworn testimony in 2013, Trump said he wouldn’t recognize Sater if they were sitting in the same room. In an interview last year with the Associated Press, he said, “Felix Sater, boy, I have to even think about it.”

Sater, in previously unreported sworn testimony reviewed by The Washington Post, described a closer relationship.

Sater said he popped into Trump’s office frequently over a six-year period to talk business. He recalled flying to Colorado with Trump and said that Trump once asked him to escort his children Donald Jr. and Ivanka around Moscow.

Sater’s account, which came during a deposition in a libel case Trump brought against a book author, offers new insights into Trump’s relationship with a complicated figure.

Sater has both been accused by former business associates of threatening to kill them and praised by top government officials for information that has led to numerous mob convictions and national security gains.

His relationship with Trump has created unwanted attention for the real-estate-mogul-turned-presidential-candidate as Sater and his onetime company have endured legal disputes with former business associates and investors who lost money in failed Trump-branded projects.

Sater arrived in Trump’s orbit as the mogul was shifting his business model. Seizing on the success of his television reality show, “The Apprentice,” he focused on licensing his name to developers constructing high-rise hotels and condominium projects.

The Republican candidate continues to dominate the presidential contest.

Trump and his lawyers have said that he was not aware of Sater’s criminal past when he first signed on to do business with Sater’s firm, Bayrock Group. Sater’s involvement in the stock fraud was kept secret for years by federal prosecutors because of his role as an informant.

Alan Garten, a lawyer for the Trump Organization, did not dispute Sater’s account of the two men’s relationship but said it differed from Trump’s perception of events. He said Trump holds hundreds of meetings a year with people for whom the interactions are often more memorable than for the celebrity tycoon.

“I can see how the relationship may have been viewed differently from one person’s side of the relationship from the other,” he said, adding: “There was no relationship with Mr. Sater. The relationship was a business relationship with Bayrock.”

Sater, through his lawyer, declined to comment. He has addressed his past conduct on his website, writing that he made “some poor and regrettable judgment calls in business” but that he had admitted his wrongdoing and pleaded guilty before assisting the government with “numerous issues of national security, including thwarting terrorist attacks against our country.”

The lawyer, Robert S. Wolf, did not address Sater’s relationship with Trump but stressed Sater’s work for the government, saying he saved lives, including by providing “significant intelligence with respect to nuclear weapons in a major country openly hostile to the United States.”

Sater, 50, emigrated from the Soviet Union, arriving in Brooklyn when he was 8. He has said his family, which is Jewish, left to escape persecution.

Sater pursued a career as a stockbroker. But he lost his trading license after the margarita glass incident that occurred during a 1991 bar fight and led to a year in prison.

Broke and with a young wife and child to support, Sater has said he hooked up with a boyhood friend who was operating a Mafia-linked brokerage firm. He pleaded guilty in 1998 to one count of racketeering as part of a $40 million stock fraud in which Wall Street brokers artificially inflated the price of stocks.

The scheme relied on members of the La Cosa Nostra crime families for extortion and to resolve disputes, federal authorities alleged, part of a concerted effort by organized crime to make inroads on Wall Street.

He was spared prison time in recognition of what an FBI agent later called “extraordinary” cooperation as a witness in unnamed national security cases.

During that period, Sater turned his attention to real estate. Around 2001, he joined Bayrock, which had its offices in Trump Tower. Sater has testified that he met Trump and started to pitch him on business ideas soon thereafter.

The two developed a rapport, Sater testified.

He described the relationship as “friendly,” saying he had met one-on-one with Trump “numerous times” in Trump’s office to discuss various projects. In Phoenix, Sater testified, he met with local officials alongside Trump’s son, Donald Jr. In New York, Sater said he met with Trump and Trump’s staff “on a constant basis” to discuss possible deals in places such as Los Angeles, Ukraine and China.

Documents show that Trump in 2005 extended Bayrock a one-year deal to develop a project in the Russian capital. Sater said he had located a group of interested Russian investors, as well as a possible site for a luxury high-rise — a shuttered pencil factory that had been named for American radicals Nicola Sacco and Bartolomeo Vanzetti, who were convicted of murder and executed during the “red scare” that swept the United States after World War I.

“I handled all of the negotiations,” Sater said of the Russia deal, which did not come to fruition. Asked whether there was paperwork drawn up on the deal, he responded: “It was more of verbal updates when I’d come back, pop my head into Mr. Trump’s office and tell him, you know, ‘Moving forward on the Moscow deal.’ And he would say, ‘All right.’ ”

“I showed him photos, I showed him the site, showed him the view from the site. It’s pretty spectacular,” Sater said.

When Trump’s children Donald Jr. and Ivanka were planning a trip to Moscow in 2006, Sater said that Trump asked him to squire them around the city.

“They were on their way by themselves, and he was all concerned,” Sater said. “He asked if I wouldn’t mind joining them and looking after them while they were in Moscow.”

Garten, Trump’s lawyer, said that Trump’s adult children and Sater happened to be there at the same time. “There was no accompanying them to Moscow,” Garten said.

Sater said he also attended social events where Trump had been present and had visited Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Fla., though not at Trump’s invitation.

Sater attended a glitzy launch party with Trump in 2007 celebrating Trump Soho, a 46-story Manhattan project that Bayrock helped develop.

When the New York Times first linked Sater to the mob stock and money laundering scheme later that year, Trump expressed surprise.

“We do as much of a background check as we can on the principals. I didn’t really know him very well,” Trump told the Times, adding that he dealt primarily with other Bayrock executives.

Garten told The Post that, prior to the 2007 article, Trump’s company knew “none” of Sater’s criminal past and “would have had no reason to inquire.”

The disclosure led to problems for Bayrock and Trump.

When one of the firm’s most ambitious projects, the oceanfront Trump International Hotel and Tower in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., became embroiled in disputes after construction stalled in 2009, aggrieved condo buyers filed suit, claiming, among other things, that Trump and others had failed to tell them about the criminal past of a key member of the development team.

Trump walked away from the failing project, saying he held no responsibility since he had merely licensed his name to the effort.

He claimed in sworn testimony in 2013 as part of the dispute that he barely knew Sater.

“If he were sitting in the room right now, I really wouldn’t know what he looked like,” Trump said, adding that he had spoken with Sater “not many” times.

Sater, however, was memorable to others associated with Bayrock and its projects.

One former Bayrock employee alleged in a lawsuit that Sater once told him during a dispute to “shut up or risk being killed.” Another lawsuit filed in Arizona in 2007 alleged that Sater had threatened a local project partner named Ernest Mennes.

According to the lawsuit, Sater called Mennes in 2006 and threatened that his cousin “would electrically shock Mr. Mennes’ testicles, cut off Mr. Mennes’ legs, and leave Mr. Mennes dead in the trunk of his car” if Mennes revealed his criminal past.

Mennes said he was barred by a legal settlement from discussing the matter. “I wish Mr. Sater well,” he said, adding that he is now supporting Trump for president.

Wolf, Sater’s lawyer, said the claim that Sater had threatened violence was “an outright fabrication” made in the course of lawsuits that have included “baseless and highly defamatory” accusations designed to win money from Bayrock.

As Sater became a more controversial figure, Trump did not cut ties.

In 2008, Trump’s lawyers asked Sater to testify in Trump’s libel suit against journalist Tim O’Brien, arguing that O’Brien’s book, “Trump Nation,” damaged his reputation and cost him projects that Bayrock and others had been pursuing. The suit was dismissed.

At the time, Sater testified he was in the process of leaving Bayrock because of the publicity around his past.

During his 2009 sentencing, which had been delayed because of his work as a government witness, Sater bemoaned leaving Bayrock, a company he said he “had built with my own two hands.”

“Here I am trying to rehabilitate myself and keep getting the rug pulled out from under me,” Sater told the judge.

After Sater left Bayrock, he was given Trump Organization business cards and office space so he could continue searching for deals for the company, Garten said. The cards, first reported by the Associated Press, identified Sater as a “senior advisor to Donald Trump.”

Garten said Sater was never a Trump Organization employee and was paid nothing during the brief 2010 arrangement. “Nothing came of it, and they went their separate ways,” Garten said.

According to his website, Sater has continued to work in real estate and finance for a number of international companies. His site touts his work on Trump projects and his extensive philanthropy. He is an active member of Chabad, an Orthodox Jewish sect, and, in 2014, was named Man of the Year by Chabad of Port Washington, N.Y.

His background emerged again last year during Loretta E. Lynch’s confirmation hearings to become attorney general. Lynch, who was U.S. attorney in the office that prosecuted the stock fraud, was asked to respond to allegations that Sater had been let off too easily and the government should not have hidden his conviction from public view.

Lynch told senators that Sater had “provided valuable and sensitive information” for more than 10 years and that his work had been “crucial to national security and the conviction of over 20 individuals, including those responsible for committing massive financial fraud and members of La Cosa Nostra.”

Sater has generally declined to comment about his relationship with Trump. But earlier this month, he tweeted his support for Trump’s presidential run, congratulating Trump on appearing to clinch the GOP nomination. “He will make the greatest President of our century,” Sater wrote.

Did CIA Help a Swindler Walk?

May 14, 2013

trump-tower-ft-lauderdale

MANHATTAN (CN) – The Bayrock Group and Nixon Peabody are among 35 defendants sued for $1 billion, whom 13 plaintiffs, including estates of Holocaust survivors, accuse of “the illegal concealment of Felix Sater’s 1998 $40 million federal racketeering conviction, and subsequent 2009 sentencing.”

The summons and notice in New York County Supreme Court contains few details. Three of the six pages of the document are taken up with names of the parties, their attorneys, and the charges.

The Miami Herald reported last year that the CIA helped Sater conceal his conviction for securities fraud while using him to track down Stinger missiles for sale in his native Russia. This was “a decade before he launched the celebrated Fort Lauderdale Trump Tower,” the Herald reported in a Sept. 8, 2012 article.

But the Trump Tower failed, and “a legal battle has ensued between burned investors trying to reveal Sater’s background and federal agents who say national security is at stake,” the Herald reported.

Prosecutors in that case asked to keep Sater’s record sealed, in the national interest.

Sater was fined $25,000 for his original $40 million stock swindle, did no jail time and was not ordered to pay anything in restitution, according to the Herald.

In the new summons and notice in New York, a string of investors want to hold Sater and his attorneys and businesses responsible. The document does not mention the alleged CIA connection.

It states: “Plaintiffs seek relief against those directly and vicariously responsible for the perpetration of perhaps a billion dollars or more of fraud based on the illegal concealment of Felix Sater’s 1998 $40 million federal racketeering conviction, and subsequent 2009 sentencing, as well as related and other unrelated relief, and declaratory relief against those persons, primarily financial institution, insofar as to affix by liquidating judgment thereof such liability is owed to them.

“‘Bayrock,’ as used herein, refers to that certain association of juridical entities including, for example and without limitation, Bayrock Group LLC, Bayrock Camelback LLC, Bayrock Whitestone LLC, Bayrock Spring Street LLC, and Bayrock Merrimac LLC, in the last ten years variously engaged in the businesses of financial institution fraud, tax fraud, partnership fraud, insurance fraud, litigation fraud, bankruptcy fraud, mail fraud, wire fraud, money laundering, human trafficking, child prostitution, statutory rape, and, on occasion, real estate.

“One of the overarching, dominant themes of those Bayrock lines of business has been the fraudulent concealment of the substantial degree to which it was owned directly or equitably by Felix Sater, who was represented at various times at least during the period 2002 to 2008 to be its Chief Operating Officer and at times as its Managing Director.

“Another overarching, dominant theme of Bayrock’s lines has been the fraudulent concealment of Felix Sater’s conviction for racketeering, to which he secretly pled guilty in 1998, admitting to participating in the operation of a pump-and-dump stock fraud, along with members of Russian and Mafia organized crime, which defrauded investors, many of them senior citizens, including Holocaust survivors, of at a minimum $40,000,000, now in today’s dollars some $150,000,000 of stolen wealth as measured by the ‘well managed account’ theory.

“The Estates of Ernest and Judit Gottdiener; Ervin Tausky, a natural person, and Suan Investments, a Gottdiener family holding company, are some of those victims, survivors of the Nazi extermination of the Jews of Hungary and federally protected crime victims of Mr. Sater’s racketeering, as such his creditors. They were defrauded of their rights to restitution and, because the government illegally concealed Sater’s entire case, their rights to sue him. The Gottdieners claim damages for the fraud on them against everyone responsible for the 15-year delay and deprivation of their civil rights.

“Insofar as Sater used Bayrock as a personal piggybank to skim millions upon millions of its assets and hide them out of the reach (for now) of these and all the other hundreds if not thousands of victims to whom he now is liable over $500,000,000 in RICO damages, and would not have been able to do so without the facilitation of his concealment frauds by others, the Gottdieners sue all those for the damage they caused.

“Among those are corrupt attorneys who used fraudulent and sham court processes to hide Sater and his frauds for their own gain, as many of them did so with the specific intent, inter alia, of raking in fees from him, essentially taking the Gottdiener’s and all the others’ money for themselves by keeping it out of the hands of the victims, where it should have gone; they are sued, inter alia, for vicarious liability of all damages caused and for forfeiture of all such fees. …

“Finally, as Sater admitted at his sentencing he knew no banks would lend to Bayrock if they knew about his concealed conviction, a judicial estoppel and admission against penal interest, lenders and investors who were fraudulently induced to provide $1,000,000,000 or so to Bayrock by this concealment ought to get their money back, so they are sued in declaratory judgment to fix the liability of Bayrock and all those liable to them through Bayrock to them.

“All defendants except as noted are sued for all liability, that is, for example only, Kelly Moore, who stood in Sater’s sentencing as his attorney knowing it was illegally hidden, hearing him admit that he had been using that illegal concealment to perpetrate bank fraud, and without privilege to do so committed fraud and other actionable wrongs in maintaining sham litigation to stop those who learned of this from revealing it for years, thus knowingly facilitating the cover-ups, shall expect to have plenary liability asserted against her by every Plaintiff in every theory for every cause in the scope of the overarching conspiracy. It is the express intent of Plaintiffs to assert all liability to the fullest scope of the state law vicarious liability equivalent of civil federal Pinkerton liability against everyone participating in any identifiable and well-pled conspiracy. Those who thought nothing of helping Sater and his co-conspirators defraud, the littlest senior citizens and Holocaust survivors or the biggest banks and lenders, who thought nothing of helping him and others steal those victims’ money, must be made to pay with their own.”

Here are the defendants: Bayrock Group LLC; Tevrik Arif; Julius Schwarz; Felix Satter; Brian Halberg; Salvatore Lauria; Alex Salomon; Jerry Weinrich; Salomon & Co. PC; Akerman Senterfitt LLP; Martin Domb; Craig Brown; Duval & Stachenfeld LLP; Bruce Stachenfeld; David Granin; Nixon Peabody LLP; Adam Gilbert; Roberts & Holland LLP; Elliot Pisem; Michael Samuel; Mel Dogan; Bayrock Spring Street LLC; Does; Bayrock Whitestone LLC; Bayrock Camelback LLC; Bayrock Merrimac LLC; Bayrock Group Inc.; Tamir Sapir; Alex Sapir; Does; Walter Saurack; Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP; Kelly Moore; Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP; Nader Mobargha; Michael Beys; Beys Stein & Mobargha LLP; and Todd Kaminsky. Here are the plaintiffs: J Kriss; Michael Ejekam; Bayrock Merrimac LLC; Bayrock Group LLC; Bayrock Spring Street LLC; Bayrock Whitestone LLC; Bayrock Spring Street LLC; Bayrock Whitestone LLC; Bayrock Camelback LLC; E/O Ernest; E/Ojudit Gottdiener; Ervin Tausky; Suan Investments.

A New York yoga teacher claimed on Thursday (October 20) to be the victim of sexual assault by Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump back in 1998, adding to a series of accusations by women who said the businessman had made unwanted sexual advances.

Karena Virginia said the incident happened in 1998 as she was waiting for a car outside the U.S. Open tennis tournament in the Flushing neighborhood of Queens, New York.

“As I was waiting, Donald Trump approached me,” Virginia said at a news conference alongside attorney Gloria Allred. “He then walked up to me and grabbed my right arm, then his hand touched the right inside of my breast. I was in shock. I flinched. ‘Don’t you know who I am? Don’t you know who I am?’ That’s what he said to me.”

Virginia said for years after she felt ashamed and disgust over the incident until she realize that she was the victim and not to blame.

Trump held his own cocaine and sex parties

‘SO MUCH FUN’

Inside Donald Trump’s One-Stop Parties: Attendees Recall Cocaine and Very Young Models

‘I was there to party myself. It was guys with younger girls, sex, a lot of sex, a lot of cocaine, top-shelf liquor’ but no smoking. Trump didn’t approve of cigarettes.

MICHAEL GROSS

10.25.16 10:00 AM ET

The morals of Donald J. Trump, as a longtime model lover and then a modeling agency owner, were forged in another era, one in which young girls were used as a sort of currency between men doing business with one another.

It’s not a time that Trump, who once blew up gossip reporters’ phones to dish on his own sexual exploits, real and imagined, is eager to remember now. But after I wrote for The Daily Beast earlier this year about the parties he hosted in the 1990s where “his wealthy friends, high-rollers from his Atlantic City casinos, and potential Trump condominium buyers could meet models” from second-tier agencies, several men who attended those parties at the Plaza Hotel emerged to share scandalous specifics about Trump’s presence and behavior at events where illegal drugs and young women were passed around and used.

Trump’s assistant referred a request for comment about the two men’s claims, detailed below, to his campaign, which didn’t respond to several inquiries.

I’ve been covering Trump since 1985, when I worked for The New York Times’ women’s pages. He endorsed one of my books, about real estate, and was a character in two more of them. He talked to me about sex and substances and the substance of the arena in which he made his name, real estate. I published all of it. In 1999, he told me that in 1995 he’d been worth about negative $900 million. I didn’t have the chops to think to ask for his tax returns.

I also wrote a book about the modeling industry and heard stories about Trump but didn’t write them because he wasn’t important in it, just another rich guy buying a date farm, perhaps for his friends, perhaps for himself. This wasn’t pejorative, just how things were. (Leonardo DiCaprio, at the height of his “Pussy Posse” fame, thanked Trump for offering “one-stop date-shopping.”)

Now, those stories seem to matter more, and so I spoke in recent days with two Trump pals, both reluctant to talk about the man they once partied hard with who’s now the Republican nominee to be president of the United States. In that capacity, Trump has vowed to sue people who have come forward in recent weeks with allegations about his bad behavior.

One of the two men I spoke with, a fashion photographer, requested anonymity because he has fathered several children since his Trump days and doesn’t want his past dredged up. “There’s no upside for me,” he says.
The other man… well, you’ll read his words. Both confirmed that Trump, as I’ve reported, used to host parties in suites at the Plaza Hotel when he owned it, where young women and girls were introduced to older, richer men. This is hardly aberrant behavior in the modeling business. Indeed, it is standard operating procedure.

But both men also put Donald Trump in the room with cocaine, very young women and underage girls, and rich, old men there to—pardon my language, but if the Times can say pussy on its front page, I can say this—fuck them.
I’m sorry, Ivanka, I really am, because your mother raised you well and I can’t blame you for supporting your father (even if he did give—at the least—his blessing when you were 15 and signed on as a model yourself with Elite, the hard-partying high-end agency founded by notorious teen-fucker John Casablancas) but here’s the sad truth: Your dad’s not a dog. He’s a pig.

The photographer says he attended Trump’s parties with one of the owners of the hair salon, Pierre Michel, that operated in both the Plaza and Trump Tower. The salon owner, Pierre Ouaknine, says his memories of those Plaza parties vanished after a recent surgery. But the photographer’s memories are crystal clear. Trump would take over “suites on the corners” of his hotel with views of Central Park and Grand Army Plaza, not to mention lots to look at inside, and wow his guests.

The attraction for the men “was young girls assuming they’d get somewhere” by joining the party, the photographer says, “Of course, it never happens.”
Young models were attracted to the fêtes with a simple, time-tested pitch. “You’ll meet rich guys who will help you,” says the photographer. “It was networking, but on a weird, bizarre scale.”

The girls were as young as 15, he says, and “over their heads, they had no idea, and they ended up in situations. There were always dramas because the men threw money and drugs at them to keep them enticed. It’s based on power and dominating girls who can’t push back and can be discarded. There’s always someone to pick them back up. Nobody wants to call home and say ‘Help me.’”

Trump would “go from room to room,” said the photographer, who added that “I was there to party myself. It was guys with younger girls, sex, a lot of sex, a lot of cocaine, top-shelf liquor” but no smoking. Trump didn’t approve of cigarettes.

Those men at these parties often knew each other. “It’s a small community,” the photographer says. “They exchanged information, facilitated each other. Trump was in and out. He’d wander off with a couple girls. I saw him. He was getting laid like crazy. Trump was at the heart of it. He loved the attention and in private, he was a total fucking beast.”

Trump himself nodded to the life when his own daughter began modeling, saying “I am only modestly in favor of this because I understand that that life is a very fast life, and at that age it is always a risky proposition.” He would know about that life.

Andy Lucchesi, the second man I spoke to, was and remains a male model. He was identified to me by a modeling executive as a frequent visitor to the Trump model salons. “I don’t want to get him in trouble,” Lucchesi says of Trump. “I like Donald. I respect the guy. People should want to know about Jeffrey Epstein and Bill Clinton,” referring to the billionaire pedophile who in fact palled around with both Clinton and Trump. I ask if he’s equating Trump’s parties with Epstein’s debauches. “Hell no,” Lucchesi says.

Lucchesi had been described to me by the modeling executive as an organizer of Trump’s parties, one of several who wrangled models to them. Asked about that description, Lucchesi says that “the parties weren’t like an organized once a week thing.”

But was he wrangling models for Trump? “A lot of people would say that,” Lucchesi allows, adding that he thought Trump’s motive was a desire to open a model agency of his own, which he eventually did.

Lucchesi’s recollection of the parties dovetails with the photographer’s account. “There was cocaine around. I never saw him do that. Donald Trump does not do cocaine. He’s in control of himself.”

Girls? “Well. Of course,” Lucchesi says. “But I never knew him as one of those guys buying apartments for girls from Estonia.” (Though he did marry a model from Slovenia.)

But did he have sex with his female party guests? “So, he’s a man with a woman,” Lucchesi says vaguely. How old were they? “A lot of girls, 14, look 24. That’s as juicy as I can get. I never asked how old they were; I just partook. I did partake in activities that would be controversial, too.”

Lucchesi adds that he’s glad nobody cares about what he did back then. “I had so much fun, my body is paying for it now.”

And he’s not even running for president!

Here’s how Trump described himself, recalling his days as a young bachelor in Manhattan, in an interview for one of my books: Trump told me that consequence-free promiscuity was then his “second business… If I hadn’t got married, who knows what would have happened? You had drugs, women and booze all over the fuckin’ place.”

As a young man on the make in New York, he’d joined the private Le Club. “It was fuckin’ wild,” he told me. “The most beautiful women I’ve ever seen in my life were at Le Club. I had seen some incredible women going into Le Club with rich guys. And I said, ‘Boy, that’s a cool life.’”

A veteran spy has claimed that Russia possess an ‘explosive’ sex tape of Donald Trump during an orgy.

There are also rumours, not substantiated, that Russia has pretty hefty blackmail material on Trump.A former senior intelligence officer, who specialised in Russian counterintelligence, told Mother Jones he has provided the FBI with information gathered from Russian sources which contends the Russian Government has attempted for years to cultivate or compromise Donald Trump into an asset.

Some have even suggested the FSB filmed Trump having an orgy:
